I really love the scent I got

I really love the scent I got - de los santos. It is unique, doesn’t become bothersome… can be worn for long and it lasts well too.
I liked the speed of delivery and the packaging as well. Which is almost too nice to be thrown out.
I wish samples were offered as recommended based on the scent bought. (Something in that range would be nice- so one doesn’t end up with samples they will probably have less chance liking)

Peter and Janine were both responsive…

Peter and Janine were both responsive and each worked on the request I made. There was an error on the shipping address not matching with the billing and they were quick to work on the change. They made sure FedEx had the correct information. I received my package today and I am happy for the service rendered.

Anna was very helpful with everything…

Anna was very helpful with everything and because of her I didn’t give up and I ordered my cologne. I love the scents and it was hard to choose which one I wanted. The website needs some help though. It’s very slow and doesn’t really work well.

Go to a shop

Fragrances are nice, but:
Terrible customer services. They are unfriendly and not solving the issue.
Site does not work well.
Voucher seems incorrect.
Website is not working properly.
Payment is not working and voucher is easily deleted, so watch out when you have a voucher.

Customer service was completely misrepresents the product

Customer service was completely useless. Doesn’t respond to p}order problems. I’ll never buy another product from them or from a stores. Today is Jan 30 still no help from this distrust worthy company.

At least 25 emails back and forth yet no resolution a credit was never applied because t hey said it wa s never entered. I asked them to apply afterwards they said they can’t credit. Send the product back then re enter the order with the code applied. How sense less I s. That.
