Package was stolen from inside main door of a big house with 10 bedsits.i didn't ask for it to be left there so BYROKKO are legally responsible for a refund.they have been extremely unhelpful with dealing with this issue.it is now over a week and I have not received a refund.£40 is a lot of money to me.l guess I will have to go through a small claims court to resolve this matter

Horrible service, horrible delivery.
I still have not received my order — it has been 15 days, and they do not respond to me at all.
I wrote to their support a week ago, yesterday, and today. I received only automatic emails saying “delivery 2–5 days” and nothing else.
This company ignores customers and provides no real help. Extremely unprofessional experience.

I love all the range at byrokko. My favourite shine brown products that actually do more than they say they do !!! This time I also tried the dummies, which I've just started and I tried the vanilla fragrance which smells amazing and the scent lasts all day . Order was easy and the delivery was quick which adds to a smooth shopping experience .

I have used this product for many years and love it. When I got my order this time one of them was missing however the bag looked as if it had been opened somewhere along the line. I emailed customer services and a replacement was sent out immediately. Great service

I love their products, I've not ordered them for a while but spring is finally here in the UK and wanted soft, lovely smelling skin which tans quickly. So I ordered the shine brown. It never disappoints! Leaves my skin feeling amazing, smells divine and helps me to tan quicker, what more could a girl want?
I ordered online and it was here before the predicted delivery date. My skin feels amazing and finally that winter white has gone with a visit to the sunbed wearing this 😄

Brilliant all the way! 1st class customer service, 1st class delivery time. I ordered and then noticed not a UK based company. Im going away shortly and had a concern about getting my items in time. Contacted customer service to enquire. Responded very soon after and reassured me just a couple of days. My items arrived 2 days later. So very pleased with Byrokko and the excellent service they have provided for me.
So pleased with my two packs of Shine Brown 2 phase super tanning oil. My friend introduced me last year, so made sure I have plenty this year. Also using on a course of sunbeds before I go to give a good base due to my very fair skin. Lovely product that keeps my dry skin, nourished, hydrated and soft.
