This company is terrible. I have been trying to exchange a dress for a larger size since August 7. I get no response to my emails.

Sofias give a discount if you buy 2 pairs of shorts but then when you ask for a refund they say you have bought during a 'sale' period - but they advertise that if you buy two pairs, you get the discount so that isn't actually a sale. Plus the shorts are cheap looking and are nothing like in the photo and they are almost see-through. They call themselves Sofias Australia but they are actually based in Asia. Scam artists.

I ordered Cora boots that were on sale. It appears the sale runs all year thereby negating any refunds. I have repeatedly asked for a return address and they will not provide it as I suspect it's not in Australia. In my opinion, the shoes are not worth $20 let alone $54. Information on the website incorrectly leads the consumer to a trustpilot postive review. It was only after I received my order of incorrectly sized poor quality/rubbish that I dug further. AVOID!!!

I regret to say that my experience with Bysofiasau has been extremely disappointing. I ordered two pairs of shoes online and have been met with nothing but frustration and incompetence from their customer service team.

Firstly, there was a lack of transparency regarding the status of my delivery. Despite numerous emails requesting updates, I received no response. It's deeply frustrating to be left in the dark about the whereabouts of my order.

Furthermore, it's concerning that after browsing their reviews post-purchase, I discovered a pattern of similar complaints. It seems I'm not alone in experiencing this level of neglect and disregard for customers.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing from BySofiasau. Their poor communication and apparent indifference towards customer satisfaction make them an unreliable and untrustworthy option. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The shoes that were delivered to me are not leather as described, and they bear no resemblance to the product showcased in the advertised images. Instead, they appear to be a cheap plastic imitation of the shoes I expected to receive. The material is not woven leather, and the sole is different from what was advertised, lacking the promised wooden heel.

I must express my disappointment with this situation. It is disheartening to see that a company would sell counterfeit versions of their advertised products, as it can be perceived as a form of fraud.

In light of these discrepancies, I am left with no choice but to return the product to you. Kindly provide me with the appropriate return address for this purpose. Additionally, I expect that you cover the cost of postage as a gesture of good faith.

I hope we can find a resolution to this matter promptly.

After posting this review, and bysofias receiving it, I was issued with another tracking number, went to post office to have it verified, and ,, Yep another non existent tracking number!

This company is an absolute SCAM
Stupid me didn’t come here first to read reviews.
Tracking number sent doesn’t exist according to Aus Post. After reading trust pilot I tried to cancel the order within the 12 hour window as indicated on their website. They refused as they said it had already been processed. I emailed everyday but just got the same response…” we are working on it”
I purchased through afterpay and when I raised a dispute , they told me to go through the merchant, so now I have to pay for something I will never receive.
Afterpay don’t want a bar of you once you purchase.
I have actually lodged a complaint with the ACCC to ask why they are still allowed to trade under fraudulent trading, especially through afterpay.
I sent a screen shot of the ACCC acceptance report to bysofias, they couldn’t care less.

This company is showing a product that looks like high quality but the reality is far from the pictures shown. The quality is extremely poor and I don’t know how they can say they are orthopaedic 🤨. No sign of anything like true orthopaedic shoes. This company also looks like it is from Australia as they have aus in the site with the Australian flag 🇦🇺 🇦🇺🇦🇺all over and they are obviously from overseas. Cheap crap 💩 took three weeks to get and haven’t responded to my email asking why I was charged international bank fees.

Absolute Rubbish !!! Do Not Purchase from this company. If there was an option for '0' Stars that's what I would have chosen. Nothing like the boots advertised. Contacted the company requesting refund, was also told no refund available due to the boots being on Sale. Thank goodness I purchased through PayPal. I lodged a PayPal dispute stating my case. Boots were advertised as being Leather, and they weren't made of Leather - they were made of Vinyl. Due to my complaint being that this company had falsely advertised, I actually received the total amount I paid back. Refunded in full back to my PayPal account on the same day as the dispute. Never Ever purchase anything on line just using a Credit Card alone, always use PayPal. You can dispute transactions quite easily from these scamming companies.

would not even rate 1 star, the boots i ordered had frayed laces, the glue holding the sole on was exposed, the clour varied in different parts of the boots, they had a totally flat sole (yet advertised as 3 arch support, orthopedic approved). Contacted them for return and refund which was denied as product was purchased on sale.

If I could leave less than a star I would. The company admitted the shoes they sent were faulty but refuse to refund due to the shoes being bought “on sale” costumer service is hideous. I will leave this review everywhere I can.
Would not recommend dealing with this company under any circumstances. Not to be trusted and the products are not as they say.

I purchased some boots from this place and while it did take a little bit of time to get to me when they did arrive they did not fit. When I requested a refund they said no refund because they were on sale. But my argument (I sent photos) was not only did they not fit when I looked at them closely they were orange cheap vinyl ( I ordered brown) and the shape and look were different to the advertised pair. I contacted them again and to be fair they did offer a replacement but I said no as I felt I couldn't trust what would turn up. I just wanted my money back. They also advertise as orthopaedic which I disputed too. I haven't heard back again. Don't buy from this retailer

I ordered last week. It looks like an Australian company but address is in HK. It looks like I have been ripped off well and truly. Tracking number seems to be fake. Other reviews indicate that if merch does arrive it is shoddy and not as advertised. I now await a spate of spam emails as a result of this attempted purchased. I have had two emails from them but am not reassured. I wish I had checked here before wasting my money.

Still waiting my order 6 weeks now grrrr… keep emailing same email.. we are looking into it…. No tracking number they say it takes up to two days…. Unbelievable DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will get RIP OFF… 😡

This place is dodgy. A month ago I received a tracking number for my parcel. Tracking on the courier's site says the number doesn't exist. Emails to Sofia's Australia receive a reply about high volumes of orders but the courier has not received a parcel that supposedly shipped almost a month ago.
Avoid this place.

I purchased two pairs of shoes in January and to date have not received the order and the Tracking number provided does not work. I have sent countless emails to them but the responses I receive are generic and non-helpful. I have demanded a refund or proof of shipment but have received no response.

Placed an order and told shipping 2 days later. Now 7 weeks and nothing arrived. At 5 weeks the tracking number via Aramex site activated saying packed and picked, however when contacted they are unable to help.
Despite repeated emails to BySophias only contact offered is on line and standard replies received everytime. No one actually helping.

I have been waiting for my shoes to arrive for over 2 months now, tracking # didn't work, numerous emails informing me that my order was on its way. I wish I had of looked on this site before I went ahead with the transaction, total rip off and no one gets back to you, I keep sending emails and they have given up even writing back now. Very disappointing.

Do not waste your money!

Took weeks to arrive and were too uncomfortable to wear. Total rip off. Only bought from them because I thought they were Australian, not Chinese ripoffs!

Wish I had of read this before buying...28 days and still no shoes or tracking or actual help. Brought with afterpay so have opened a dispute with them, hopefully they have more luck in finding the shoes I paid for.

Total SCAM!! I should of known it was too good to be true, they have taken my money with no shoes delivered. These companies need to be closed down for ripping people off
