Horrible experience
I have never posted a review on line and am only doing it this time because I want to report how terrible my experience was with this company. I paid for their packing service and then stored all my belongings with them for over a year. They returned my items damaged, broken, and dirty. I submitted a claim and they have refused to settle it or return my emails asking for a resolution. This is the worst experience I have had with a company.

1. Do not book if you intend to only use their storage space for one month/short term unless you are willing to pay a hefty delivery fee.
2. They do not have a flat delivery and pick-up fee and overall have the same cost (or even more) than other companies if you book for 1-2 months.
3. Their customer service barely answers the calls and WhatsApp messages. However, I still give credit to them for trying to sort my issues when they EVENTUALLY reply to me.
Last month I booked a storage space with bySTORED as I had to leave my student accommodation and find a new apartment to live in. My intention from the beginning is only to use their service for one month because I am sure I will get a new apartment by then.
The booking process was alright and pretty much straightforward. I had to pay 39 pounds for the pick-up but it was understandable because I booked the service 1-2 days before the date I needed my things picked up by (Sept 2). Although the pick-up guys came slightly late, I appreciate them for being friendly and helpful.
What I failed to know and found out after getting the emailed invoice is that my inventory will be updated 14 WORKING days after the collection date. So it meant that I had to wait until the 22nd to be able to book a return. When my inventory was updated, there were very few days I could select for a return. For delivery at the end of the month, it was 229GBP which is crazily too much! The other option was to book for the 6th of October at 89GBP, but it would mean I had to renew the subscription for another month (which I didn’t need).
I contacted customer service, and after my constant complaints, they gave a solution to deliver my items on the 30th of September but at a price of 149GBP for return. And despite paying that much, the van came very late.
I was given a time slot of 9 am - 6 pm. Meaning I couldn't go anywhere until they arrive. At 6 pm they called to say that they would only be able to deliver my items from 8 pm-10 pm. The items finally arrived at 10.15 pm. The delivery guys were even giving me negative vibes as if it was my fault.
I am overall dissatisfied with bySTORED, and it would be the last time I book with them. My friends found better alternatives that provided flat delivery rates and more booking slots, and at the end of the day, they paid lesser than me overall.

Late and lost 2 items
They arrived late and they lost 2 of my items. Cross fingers to see if they can find them.
EDIT: They never found my items and I am still waiting to get my refund!! I have to constantly send them messages and it takes forever to get answers. outrageous!

Pros - Items get stored, customer service is generally available, actual movers very friendly
Cons -
1. Pricey - The advertised price is a fraction of what you will spend. The service is good, but be careful when planning your budget - you will pay a hefty fee to have your items returned (up to 200). If you go into another month, you will pay for most of it (not pro-rated).
2. Not careful - My mirror came back broken, but I did get a partial refund for this
3. Late - I booked a specific time, and the movers showed up 6 hours late.

Quick and follow of any of my asking.
Delicate with the things, accurate with bringing the stuff.
I was in absolutely trustful hands.

Great service
We were able to book collection and storage for an entire 2-bedroom house at short notice, and the total price was reasonable for the service. Costa and Adrian were fast and efficient, good communication, and we had a small problem on the day (my fault) that they helped to sort out as well. The whole pick-up took about an hour. Not planning on moving again any time soon but would use these guys again if we do.

Costa and Adrian arrived right at the start of the 4-hour time window I had booked, everything went smoothly and we were done within less than half an hour (even though I had a lot of stuff). Very efficient service. This was my second time using Bystored and I’ll happily book them again.

Absolute disgrace - made moving one of the most stressful days of my life
I would give this company negative stars if I could.
On the day of my pick up (9am to 1pm) I received the confirmation text etc. by 12:57 I’d heard nothing so I called the company because I absolutely had to be leaving to the airport at 3pm. All my belongings are packed up, in the hallway of my building and this company informs me that they forgot to add me to the drivers itinerary. So no one is coming. The lady on the phone, albeit apologetic says there’s no one they can send etc. basically “sorry this is your problem now”. At no point did this company even try to help me out in light of the problem THEY created.
Moving is stressful as it is but STORED single handedly created the worst moving experience of my entire life as I had to find a new moving company and storage within AN HOUR or risk missing my flights / having all my belongings out of a home.
Customer service told me they would escalate the incident internally. This was on July 2nd. I have still not heard from anyone from this company since and even after reaching out requesting that they compensate me the several hundreds of pounds in last minute fees that I incurred due to their operational incompetence. Today is July 14.
There are plenty of storage options where you can get the job done for the same cost without the insane stress.
If I don’t hear from STORED as soon as possible to settle this, I absolutely intend to seek legal action and potentially draw media attention to this scam of a company.

Horrible experience.

I wish I had read reviews before. I'm in South West London. I had tried to contact their founder on Linkedin, he never accepted my invite.
Eventually their COO, accepted to conduct another search, and they were able to locate my belongings. I will never ever again do business with them; This place is a mess.

Do not recommend, they didn't deliver
Chose a slot Sat 8am -6pm to have my things collected. It was 5:35pm no one had reached me. It was hard to find a phone and when I did, no answer, was forced to leave a voice message. Got a call back in 5 min to a lady telling me the drivers would be at least 45min late. By this time it was around 5:40pm.
Was about to lose tickets for a show that night and would be forced to rebook services for next week, since they don't work Sundays.
Since I had to leave my flat on that weekend I was almost left with no place to stay and would have to pay extra for hotel accommodation or would have to ask the landlord to allow me to stay in the flat for extra days, which would also cost me money.
Finally the drivers called me to say they would be in the flat in 20 min. They came and collected the items.
I don't recommend the services because the business was good to collect payment, extra fees because it was outside of london, etc. Yet, when it came to deliver the promised service, they failed. It was hard to reach them on a Sat.
Received contradictory information since I was initially told that it would take 45 min, but then drivers got there in 20min.
It was supposed to be stress free, but it was not.
