The removal specialists are really professional and patient with my items. I was so astonished that they would truly help me to move all of items from the gate to my room (four access controls). Really nice experience with STORED storage company! Will use it again next time when I need it.

After a bit of a hiccup with my booked redelivery day (which ended up costing me more £ as I had someone waiting at the house for my things as I was flying back from overseas) I was grateful to finally see Costa & Adrian after 40hrs of travel. Thry were very friendly & polite and happy to make the redelivery as quick and easy as possible. Thanks guys!

Overall a great experience with the company. Very efficient with communication, when planning for delivery you may need to take about 2 weeks into account until you get the job done, items have been returned in good condition! Mostly kind service.

Excellent Service
Dave and Marc drove from London to Bath to deliver several very heavy boxes and a hugely heavy drum kit to my new house. They then carried them up several flights of stairs to deposit them in the spare room. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Polite, chatty and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

Dave and Mark were most helpful getting our stored items in place in our new home. They were very efficient and saved us a tremendous amount of effort by helping to assemble some large furniture items and even my washing machine! I also add that they did it in really good time too. As a whole I've had good experiences with By Stored, this one was tricky as there was an admin issue but once resolved got the job done well.

Super speedy and efficient service
I needed to have some furniture I didn't want in my rental stored. I booked STORED online on a Saturday and the movers were here on Monday. Costa and Adrian showed up and had two massive and difficult to maneuver couches out of my home within minutes. Very efficient and careful. Would recommend!

Items scratched and damaged
Collection of the items was swift and a great services, however the redelivery less so. Several of the larger items of furniture we're heavily scratched and damaged, the delivery guys left the sofa on the street (without feet so the base was on the pavement). Although there's a cost saving on storage it feels as though everything is stored in a dusty warehouse, I'd question whether there are units or whether its an open were house given the dust and grime on the furniture when items had only been stored for a month. Next time would consider a self storage on the basis that the containers are much cleaner and I can ensure that furniture is moved with care.
