Great service
Costa and Adrian came at 6pm on a Friday evening and did an amazing job on a heavy load job on a third floor. Great service and great guys who gave an honest appraisal to downsize my unit. Would highly recommend.

’ve been using the service ByStored for more than two years long. It turned out that I found them during the hard times in my life periods. The first has happened during the pandemic, I had to leave the UK very quickly and suddenly, so I left my belongings on campus. They proposed me their service and picked up my items with collecting. Everything went well, despite some of the belongings they hadn’t taken. (Hope there were some minor things)
The second case they helped me with happened during the war in Ukraine. I am Ukrainian, and I evacuated with my loved ones to Germany without any belongings. That was a second unexpected departure. But suddenly I remembered about my items in Uk that I pay per month for holding. So I asked if they could help me to ship to Cologne. They made concessions and helped with the transfer of things to the moving company for free.

The WORST company !
The WORST company !! My things were collected and then it all went wrong. Four days trying to contact someone about my account- then my signature was forged on a document saying I agreed to additional charges- The 'manager' (what a joke) lied, was not helpful and offered no solution- a horrible experience- be warned- the will collect your items and then hold them ransom- HORRIBLE- Avoid at all costs- read the reviews - I am not alone- a complete SCAM. Still don't know where my things are- from the other reviews- it seems they also steal from your boxes and do damage. WARNING

Super efficient and friendly
Costa and Adrian were great. Polite, efficient, super thorough and made sure the removal went as smoothly as possible even when there was scaffolding at the front of my building which made things tougher, they didn't let that slow things down

Amazing customer service
I've used Stored since August and have scheduled several pick ups and returns, and it's been great customer service every time.
My final return was done by Costa and Adrian, who were very friendly and efficient. They even carried up my massively heavy desk up two floors without a single complain!
