I recently received my earrings as a birthday present, and wore them on the first day of my holiday, unfortunately I lost one on the beach, I was very upset as a dear friend of mine had sent them to Canada from the UK.
When I got home I found out on the internet that they were from the Byzantium collection, I found the exact same pair on your website, ordered them easily, paid and received an email from you confirming they were on the way, as easy as that. I now have my earrings to go with the necklace.
The service was fantastic, received the package today, my original earrings were received by me on my birthday which was the 2nd May, my new earrings arrived May 19th.
I can’t say enough about, Byzantium, a fantastic firm, never dealt with a company who came through like that. 11 stars out of 10. Price was unbelievable from UK to Canada.
