The Company responded really quickly…
The Company responded really quickly when I noticed the site had not used the delivery address I’d given them but had put my address ( as cardholder) instead.
True to their word the delivery address was changed and the items posted out the day after ordering by first class post.
Still waiting to see the items myself but the recipient, bought for her 18th birthday was delighted by them.

Earrings bought to replace one of my previous pair which was lost. They were a gift from my son! Ordered and delivered in days and free postage and in a little bag. Very impressed and will certainly look at the site again for gifts.

Lost and replaced
I bought a pair of earrings for my wife when we went on holiday, unfortunately the first time she wore them she lost one. So when I got back home I googled them and they had the exact pair so I bought them and they arrived within three days. Excellent service.

Very pale earrings.
I was delighted to receive my order within a few days of it being placed. However, my earrings are very pale and more like rose quartz than Austrian crystal, but I sill like them.
