RICS Level 2 survey on a 4 bed detached property in Bray. Graham and team provided a terrific survey and a very comprehensive, detailed and easy to understand report, which has helped immensely with our house purchase. Graham has now done three jobs for us and all of them excellent. He is extremely thorough, prompt and professional and is obviously well thought of by fellow surveyors, solicitors etc. He and his wife are very pleasant to deal with and I can't praise them highly enough.

I have now used Bravo Zulu Chartered Surveyors twice. The first survey Graham brought to our attention some potentially series structural problems that may have prevented us obtaining home insurance or even selling the property in the future. Graham phoned us straight after the survey to report the more serious problems he discovered. His written report was very detailed with lots of photos and recommendations.

We had no hesitation using Graham again when we found a second property, this time thankfully with no major problems found.

As a first time buyer, my partner and I were slightly clueless when it came to property. We weren’t sure what to look out for and how to spot any potential red flags. We found some great reviews for Graham on Facebook and decided to book him in for a survey of the property we intended to buy.

The survey Graham completed was incredibly detailed but also easy to understand. The visuals were incredibly helpful.

Unfortunately for us, the survey was a huge shock and uncovered a multitude of serious issues! This was a huge surprise as the house looked incredible on surface level and so was priced according to this.

Thanks to Graham, we have pulled out of the house sale and saved ourselves from buying a property at an extremely high price point, that needed significant work doing. We would have lost a lot of money in the sale, and would have been blissfully unaware without Graham’s help and guidance.

Brilliant and professional service. Graham and Debbie managed to fit our survey in at very short notice and got the report back to us a couple of days later - working at the weekend due to the short turn around we needed. The communication was really good and Graham phoned us to discuss the main points of the survey report before sending it to us. They went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss our deadline. We had a brilliant experience with Bravo Zulu surveyors. We needed a full structural survey for a property in Ascot. Graham and Debbie were very professional, friendly and quick to respond throughout the process. Booking in our survey was very quick and straightforward, plus they also managed to bring our date forward to help speed up the process. Graham provided a very thorough report, including plenty of pictures to help explain any potential issues. He called the same day as the survey to talk us through his initial findings. The full report was provided 5 days after the survey - Graham also took the time for another call to explain each section and answer any questions. As well as being extremely knowledgeable himself, he was also able to direct us to a number of trusted tradesmen for any areas that needed a further check/quote for proposed work. I strongly recommend working with Bravo Zulu surveyors, and we will definitely be using them again for future surveys.

Literally had to provide details, make easy payment prior Survey being conducted and the rest was covered. I received the completed Survey within a few days after completion.

Very friendly professional Service from Bravo Zulu. We used them for a survey on an old house in Crowthorne, and they were excellent. After a prompt booking , Graham carried out a thorough survey, We had the report in 5 days and it was detailed , with very good photos to highlight any issues mentioned in the text.

We had been let down by NatWest on our survey and were under some time pressure to get our survey completed. Graham was able to turn around our survey report in very short time which enabled us to exchange in the timeframe required.

The report itself was well laid out and easy to understand. We then had a call with Graham later in the day to walk through a couple of aspects of the report and all was well explained and understood.

We had a survey with Graham which unfortunately uncovered some issues with our prospective purchase. On the same day as the survey he was happy to talk in great detail and very genuinely about all the issues over the phone. He has a good knowledge of other local construction professionals that he can recommend where required. The survey document which followed was of very high quality with good pictures to go alongside it. We had a really good experience with this provider. He was very responsive and accommodating with us. We had a full structural survey done and he accommodated us very close to his personal vacation time because we were keen on getting a survey done early in our process. He was patient with all our questions even before we officially engaged him to do the survey. After the survey, he spent a lot of time walking us through all the items we needed to address/consider. The written report was delivered in a timely manner too. He has even helped us by providing us references for other providers we could reach out to.
