The service both before the survey took place, and including the survey itself has been excellent and very friendly. I feel very much reassured by the information that has been given to me.

I would happily use them again, and to recommend them to others.

I requested a full building survey and evaluation. It took a long time for the survey to be done, once completed it took over a week for the survey report to come through.
There were extenuating circumstances on the Bravo Zulu side, but I had to chase for communication which could have been avoided had expectations been managed properly. Once I received the report I had requested a call to go through and didn’t hear back. The report was professional and detailed but it was not worth £100 for the additional evaluation on the property as there was no explanation of how the surveyor came to the amount.
I’m sure others have had better service but that hasn’t been my personal experience with the company so wouldn’t recommend.

We recently had a Homebuyers Report carried out by Graham. He spoke with us at length over the phone following his visit to the house and was very thorough in pointing out potential concerns with the property. The report itself arrived quickly and, again, was detailed and easy to understand. It's been really great to have someone so professional on our side as we buy our first home. It's clear he has fantastic knowledge of the local area and contacts within the industry should the need arise. We will be using Graham again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bravo Zulu.

Graham was recommended to us by our Estate Agent, and we're very pleased that he was. Graham and the team were excellent as a service from start to finish. They were prompt when I requested a survey to follow up. Graham talked me through some options and queries I had before I even commissioned them for a survey. Once the survey was carried out, he gave me confidence in his opinion and his assessment by ringing me to talk me through this. From the initial enquiry to the submission of the report, the service we received was excellent. Debbie made all the arrangements direct with the Estate Agent and was able to facilitate a survey within six days of my first call.

On the day of the survey, Graham called to ask if we had any specific concerns before he visited the property. He then rang later in the day with his provisional findings and submitted the comprehensive report 48hrs later.
