We tried to order a Cabify for a ride to the airport. It was for 5:45 in the morning so we booked the night before. At 5:43 we had no driver assigned, no estimated time of arrival. We went to cancel and a message popped up that we would not be charged. However we were charged and when we contacted customer support we were told initially that we canceled too late. When we explained the timeline the company presented a completely false timeline of events, saying that we did have a driver assigned and estimated arrival time prior to canceling. They are refusing to give a refund despite not providing the promised service. I would never use again.

Fuimos a cancelar y apareció un mensaje de que no se nos cobraría. Sin embargo, nos cobraron y cuando nos pusimos en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, inicialmente nos dijeron que cancelamos demasiado tarde. Cuando explicamos el cronograma, la compañía presentó un cronograma de eventos completamente falso, diciendo que teníamos un conductor asignado y una hora de llegada estimada antes de cancelar. Se niegan a dar un reembolso a pesar de no proporcionar el servicio prometido. Nunca volvería a usar.

We ordered a driver in Barcelona to arrive at a specific time via the Cabify app on 10th July. To begin with the driver arrived early and was rude to us on arrival, and said he's been waiting around and wanted us to give him more money. We told him we ordered him for a specific time and he arrived early. He then threatened us that he's leaving unless we gave him €20 in cash (he counted there were 4 of us and said "you can pay €20"). We were in a rush to go to the airport to catch our flight, so we said we only have €10. He drove us to the airport and when he left he took our €10 cash PLUS added €10 in the app for waiting around (when the waiting around time was him arguing with us and threatening us to give him more cash).
The whole experience was horrific and we reported it to Cabify later on. Cabify said they would refund us the total. It's been almost 2 months since the incidence and we have not received the refund. We've had back and forth conversations with Cabify multiple times and we've called our banks and still, we have not received the refund.
They initially quoted €58.42 for the trip and turned out to cost us about €80 PLUS harassed by the driver and the stress and time dealing with Cabify.
I have never experienced scammy drivers and companies like this with other services like Uber.

I just had a worst taxi ever in my life. He couldn’t find the place where I wanted. He just left me in different location. He drove his car on the wrong side of road, where he might easily crush with another car. Also, when he was turning his car, he turned really fast, I hit the cars door with my head. Now I have a headache. I hope nothing will happen. If something will happen with my health the driver and your company will take the responsibility. You should teach your driver the hospitality. Really bad service. I am very disappointed. Don’t order them!

Absolutely hate it! The drivers were so rude and insulted me after I waited 30 minutes extra for them to arrive. Cabify also charges you randomly and they have deceived me to paying them extra fees. Horrible, horrible company and what a scam, as always.
Avoid using
I used Cabify to book a taxi to the airport in Màlaga. It never showed up and I had to walk 3 blocks in pouring rain to find another one.
After nearly a month and numerous emails, I finally got refunded, only to notice that I'd then be billed again for a slightly higher amount.

5 am start. It was dark. The driver didn't even get out of the car to open the boot. We chose the pickup point to facilitate the most direct route to the airport - he didn't know the route so went a longer route following his nav app. At the airport, again he didn't bother getting out of car to help with luggage. When we got to security I realised I had left my shoulder bag with my tablet, BT speaker, headphones etc in the boot. With Cabify you cannot contact drivers directly, you have to go through the app! We flagged this up immediately - we got no response until a couple of hours later - the driver said he had found nothing. We complained several times to what we presume was a bot which kept referring us back to the terms and conditions each time we asked for an official complaint form and ultimately got nowhere.
To add insult to injury they then said we’d given the driver a “great “ rating and when we asked them to change it, they wouldn’t! Terrible service doesn’t come close! AVOID

I reserved 2 hours in advance for the trip to Alicante airport, and just 15 minutes before the trip they cancel the order and propose to order again at double price. What a joke. I immediately removed the app. It's a total waste of time and nerves.
Cabify taxis do not turn up!
Does not work. Reserved a ‘group’ taxi days in advance to take us to catch a ferry. Despite confirming reservation by email, no taxi showed up. Had to order two regular taxis at last moment and at great cost to catch ferry in time. Very stressful.

You will lose time and money
It's a disaster, now. The drivers are very poorly trained and they don't know how to reach places like the train station!! They stop in the middle of nowhere and wait because they try to let time go by, so they charge you for their waiting. It's like a scam. Very bad late experiences. Removing the app. Don't use it.
Horrible
Horrible. Thought I would try out once to give it a chance. Initially it was slightly more cost-efficient than a regular taxi. However, when I asked if I had dropped my glasses in the cab, I was charged the fare again with an EUR10 increase. The reason I asked was the driver had told me he lives literally across the street from me. Asked for return of the double charge. Customer service replied increased charge for finding my glasses with a value of EUR 5!
I've been overcharged for them
They have charged me near 40 euros instead of 22, and now they refuse to give me back the difference they extracharge me... I sent them a lot of emails and they recognized that did things wrongs but only give me back 5 euros. And when I claim for the rest of the money they ignore me. Very unprofessional
