Fantastic service. Friendly staff. Melody especially, she was so helpful. Survey was done very efficiently.
The installation team did a great job. They were very polite and worked very hard in all weather! (many cold and wet days, bless them!)
Several months on, we discovered a few minor issues with our cabins (we got two), probably due to the weahter, but we should hopefully be able to rectify them by ourselves. Nevertheless, we are happy with experience.

We were very pleased with the service and quality of the cabin. The service was brilliant, the lads who erected the cabin, quick, pleasant , and efficient . We now have a lovely pool room which we use every day.

Ordered our gazebo in April expecting a 8 - 10 week delivery. Pleased to say the it arrived, piece small, 4 weeks early. The gazebo was erected in May a full month earlier than we anticipated. All went well - ordering process, delivery & installation. Some damage in transit to the "top hat", which is now being replaced. Installation by Marc & Bert went well. They coped well with having to cart items such as gravel & timber some distance from the drop off point, using a motorised barrow. The completed gazebo looks great. Very pleased with the both the gazebo, installation & overall service from CU.

Buying was easy enough. A bit pricier than others for the same product but was able to negotiate and get an equivalent price. The reason I chose them was because they had installation services. Very expensive but it was hard to get other installers at that time. What went horribly wrong is the installation.
1) After a few months, the floor started buckling. Boards had not been fitted properly. They came back once to refit. This resulted in a lot of unsightly damage to the boards. They offered to replace but when I accepted, they said they have no one available. I waited and waited and chased and chased. Eventually, they stopped even bothering to reply.
2) The roof started to leak. I assume it hasn't been fitted/sealed properly. It was just in one corner at first but now I have major leaks in multiple spots.
3) The boards are buckling again. I expect it's related to the moisture the leaking roof lets in.
I'm going to have to refit the floor and put a new roof up in a product that is meant to last for years
Buying was fine. Service was as bad as things get.

Well, it is impressive that, after ignoring my emails for so long, a negative review on TrustPilot gets a virtually instant reply. If you spent that much effort on providing a good service as on maintaining your online profile, you may have a happier 'unknown customer'. If you doubt that this is genuine then that means there is cause to doubt that the positive reviews are genuine. In other words, I suggest that they may be the fake ones - a problem we are all increasingly aware of.

No, this is not fake it's genuine. Look up my name, Gilad Hess and you will find me in your own records. The cabin is the Palmeko Lea. You may recall the issue with buckling floors, your offer to replace it and the fact that despite umpteen emails you have not done so and have ultimately ignored the last run of emails. Since then, the floor has buckled again and the roof is leaking in multiple places. I sent you lots of photos. I don't believe in hundreds of positive reviews, they are extremely easy to pay for. I'm not saying that's what goes on here, I don't know, but this one is definitely genuine!

We have a lovely new fence built by two skilful workers from Cabins Unlimited. They worked really hard and even replaced new panels they didn’t think were up to stratch. Highly recommend this company!

From obtaining a quote to finalising the purchase of a shed went smoothly. We were well informed throughout- such friendly & polite service. The shed was erected efficiently on time by such friendly men. We are delighted with the quality of the shed & the whole area was left clean & tidy.

Overall I am really pleased with the my workshop. It is well built, from good quality materials and well insulated, keeping it cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Melody gave me a customised quote for one of their 5x3 metre cabins, changing the location of the doors and dimensions of the windows to suit my requirements.
The 44mm thick timber makes it feel really solid and there are no draughts.
If you want to use it all year around, then it's definitely worth investing in the insulation option.
Main learning point for me was that unlike a brick built structure, the workshop went through some serious shrinkage in the first 12 months. The overall height must have shrunk by at least 2cm.
This meant that at one point it was almost impossible to open or close the doors.
I contacted Melody and it was no hassle. They sent someone out who did a very neat job adjusting everything to sort it out and it has been fine ever since

I am so pleased with this company. Having been let down twice in the past by different cabin companies I had to put my trust in Cabins Unlimited based on its excellent Trustpilot reviews. I am so glad that I did. All of the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful but more than that: everything that they said they would do they did! Their timescale predictions were accurate; their advice spot on and delivery exactly as promised. I had decided to use their construction service and must sent a big thank you to Luke, Ian and Liam for a totally painless and professional job. I would recommend this company.

I ordered a 4x2.5mtr Kensington (Clock Tower) Cabin in February 2022, and had it delivered at the beginning of March. Unlike most, I decided that I would construct it myself (because I have taken early retirement) as it would give me a nice challenge to see me into the Spring. I have to say, despite the physical element involved, and the prep work/wood treatment, the whole thing has been a most rewarding project.....and it was made all the better by the service and support from Cabins Unlimited. Natalie and Melody, the delivery guy who unloaded my consignment (an enormous pallet of timber components) and the tech info has all been first class. I have always been able to get to speak directly to the office staff, gained advice on the order of building, and they have steered me in the right direction with paints and preservatives. Plus they gave me details of an electrician who could link a power supply to the cabin from the main house. The building turned out exactly how I imagined it to be, it looks great and is solid as a rock. Top marks to Cabins Unlimited......from start to finish, 10 out of 10!👍

I enquired about replacing the roof covering on my existing summerhouse and although it wasn’t a cabins unlimited product Melody was happy to help. The quote was, in my opinion, very competitive. The installation was organised very quickly with Ian and Liam arriving first thing in the morning. They were both helpful, polite and professional throughout.

Really impressed with Cabins Unlimited from start to finish. We chose a Domeo 4 with roof extension. Natalie and Melody were always quick to respond to any queries and offer helpful, friendly advice. The price was very competitive, and the quality of the cabin has exceeded my expectations. A team of 3 fitters built the whole thing in just over a day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality, affordable garden buildings. Very happy I chose them.

Great cabin at a very good price.
The cabin was delivered within the estimated lead time and good communication throughout the process.
Assemble requires at least 2 people and it reasonably straightforward as long as you study the instructions carefully before you start.
The door fittings are quite difficult and require a lot of patience to get all the adjustments done successfully.
