We are so pleased with our garden cabin which we purchased a year ago. The quality of the cabin is excellent and the installers did an amazing job. I cannot rate this company high enough.

Always helpful and efficiently resolved a few material issues

We had our cabin put up the last week of November in the freezing cold, Gavin & Oscar were brilliant, so efficient it was great to see how it all came together, thankfully the rain stayed off so they were able to get the outside painting done, although how they worked in that weather amazed us. I am looking forward to being able to move my office in there then I can officially "walk to work" Thanks guys :)

Thank you Gavin and Oscar for installing our lovely cabin. You were hard working, professional and tidy. The whole experience from visiting Downham Market, the purchase, delivery, installation and the tidy up were all excellent. All completed within 4 weeks. Credit to all at Cabins Unlimited. Can’t wait to put our cabin to use.

We had a cabin installed in Brundall on 10th/11th November 2021 by Lewis & Luke. I cannot speak highly enough of their work and professionalism. They did an excellent job in drizzly conditions and we are more than satisfied with the end result

Have received are cabin after a long wait do to COVID.
After being told the cabin would take 8 to 10 weeks to come. Was not told it would be weeks after that before we get the cabin. In this time I asked if we could get the wooden base down. This was done but not finished of properly and was not level or quire. When the cabin finally turned up and the fitters came on site. They found the base was not finished they asked me were I had put the wood to finish it of I told them I never had the but they had been told the wood has been left on site this made me feel very guilty as made to feel I had taken the wood? I explained that I had a carpenter looking at the base and told them it was not level or quire. But they finished the base of after getting more wood I could not keep an eye on the building of the cabin as I’m disabled not able to stand for long. But they did not quire up the base or level it up just build up the cabin. The walls in side are not plum making the doors not able to shut properly gap at top or bottom as wall not plum. All windows leaking when it rains as nothing fitted properly. Front doors all over the place not plum. The cabin does not site on the base properly and it’s not level. You can see daylight all around the top on the cabin from inside some large gaps some small all to do with the cabin not quire or level. And the wind blowing in through the gap. Cabin has lots of unfinished bits on it nothing sanded down ver poor finish. No quality control at the factory? And the roof beams didn’t fit properly and the fitter had to re drill and cut the beams what a mess. For the money I have paid I’m disappointed. Have had to put lamented floor down and wood shimmer to make floor level.
I would like to say the fitters and staff are very nice. I didn’t really want to do a review have been putting it off been sent again to me. I don’t like confrontation I’m disabled and can’t handle it. There is no quality control anything will do it’s not good enough. The cabin was for my son he is also disabled and with learning difficulties so explain to him are very hard. I got a carpenter to look at the cabin he tells me the only way things can be put right the cabin will have to come down to sort out the base. As you can’t jack up the cabin as the structure is not stable enough. Can’t move the walls as the floor hold them in place so can’t make the walls plum. So all we could do was wood shim the floor and laminate floor to level floor off. The list goes on but sorry have had enough of it so not best review people are nice.

Ordered Barbados Log Cabins, Callie, Mel and Linda were very personable and helpful throughout the ordering process and kept us up to date on everything that was happening from delivery to completion.Gavin and Oscar arrived to construct the cabins, they were efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking. They finished the cabin build in good time and really are a credit to the company in their work ethic. I would recommend Cabins Unlimited as they do exactly what they say on the tin, thankyou.

We are delighted with our new shed! We want to thank Callie helping with the purchase and for always being reachable by email for scheduling and answering questions quickly.

Thanks also to Gavin and Oscar for putting the shed together. They arrived on time on the scheduled date, were great to interact with, and even finished the build in just under an hour, which must be some kind of record!

I had a old shed removed a new base constructed and a new shed built. All the stages of the build were handled in a very professional manner. Communication with the company was very good and I was always kept informed of what was happening throughout the process.The different stages of the build were carried out at the time and date specified. All the people I dealt with were courteous, friendly and very helpful.

This is an excellent company. We have had a really good professional service and I totally recommend them. Our cabin was built in a remote location so there were several complex issues to manage but Melody and the team in the office were great and Gavin and Billy who put it up were amazing. We are very grateful. Thank you.

I'm very pleased with my new slabs and the way Luke and Lewis and another Lad worked so hard and at times in bad weather. Thanks to Ian and Lewis for a great Job they did putting up my summerhouse the other week. They overcame the logistics of getting the summerhouse in place as it was a long way from the house. Got on with the job, very professional. The ladies in the office were also great keeping us informed on the arrival of the summerhouse. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ian and Lewis built the base and constructed my cabin earlier this week. The kit is amazing and went together really well to produce a sturdy and good looking building that I am really pleased with. They did a thoroughly professional job, despite the inclement weather conditions. Thanks to all at Cabins Unlimited for a good, straightforward experience.

Just had Gavin and Oscar install my new log cabin, they did a great job on the base and cabin build, were always well mannered and friendly. The overall end to end experience was good with the cabin being supplied and finished within the estimated timeframe even in these recently difficult times. Would happily recommend Cabins unlimited to my friends and colleagues.
