Great Company!
Very pleasant experience with this company. I bought several cacti for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised when it came with two extras! The package was very well secured, and although shipping took a few days, they clearly state on the website that the cacti need time to dry before shipping bare root. Will definitely use again if I buy more.

Have purchased from Desert cactus before although it has been a while, bought two very healthy cacti and larger than expected, very well packed and secure, there was a slight delay in dispatch but when contacted was soon rectified, happy buyer will use again.

My order took a while to get here but I knew it was due to the weather, my order arrived perfect & because it was late due to weather they sent me a free gift which was so thoughtful I love that kind of warmth, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend my tree is beautiful & my plants can’t wait for them to bloom

Amazing communication skills over Christmas, sent my parcel out as soon as they could and it arrived well packed and in one day! The potting soil itself looks amazing and I look foward to seeing my cactus thrive in it.

Purchased a copiapoa hypogaea
Purchased a copiapoa hypogaea. The cactus arrived very well packaged and very quickly. They even put a non-toxic dessicant pack in the box to prevent humidity build up during postage. The cactus arrived in very healthy shape and looks better than I expected.

Ordered Mammillaria geminispina
I ordered Mammillaria geminispina which arrived in good time, was well packaged and is a lovely plant. It also came with its plant passport, growing tips and a free pen. Very pleased with the plant and the service. The only negative was that it had to be signed for which caused a couple of problems and seemed a bit OTT. Lovely plant and would highly recommend this company who I shall do business with again.
