The gas engineer was most helpful,with the gas leak I had he had to turn the gas off.
And he arranged for a British Gas Engineer to come out and fix the gas leak,I had three gas leaks and they were all fixed.

I am not happy what so ever, they were fitting new pipes outside my house, they broke 2 of my solar lights in my garden, I decided to report it to this company and after I did that the work men broke more on purpose, I would recommend moving everything out of your garden first as they don't have any respect for anybody.

The engineer arrived quickly after our plumber reported that the main gas isolator was stuck, and was friendly, polite and thorough, explaining what he needed to do at each point. He finished work as quickly as he was able and left everything tidy afterwards

Martin was very professional and calm. He was quick out after our call and he found the problem very quickly and capped off the gas. He also gave us aftercare booklets so we know what to keep an eye out for in future if we have a gas leak again etc.
overall we was really happy with his service.

As soon as I smelt gas I, phoned cadent and a engineer arrived within 30 minutes and he was very polite and friendly. He found the leak and capped it all within about 20 minutes and explained what he had done and what I needed to do. It was great service and if I need them again I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

Response was immediate to the report of our gas issue, initially to the supplier, an additional concern was discovered with the meter and therefore required capping. We weren’t informed in advance of their visit, fortunately a family member was at home to provide access, but we were given a portable hob, a heater and a food voucher until the gas faults were fixed, which was greatly appreciated.

Company are at work at Ramuz drive Westcliff on sea laying new pipe all for these guys doing there work but start work at 6:30 am making noise is not acceptable and they called out at midnight to fix a leek that surely they should have sorted through the day decided to leave van running speaking loudly and slamming van door at midnight and windows open because it has been warm whatever happened to having respect for people

Cadent visited my house to change pipe on outside of house,.I have a two year boiler that has been working fine.After the cadent men had left I noticed the pipe under the boiler was leaking.it was obvious it was something to do with the work they had done because it was perfect before they started there work.So I rang cadent up ,and was told it was my responsibility .what a cheek. So basically it cost me money because they didn't do there job right.

I have had so many issues with my boiler and its taken many months of dealing with multiple parties. Today the Dream team from Cadent arrived and i pray i now have gas flow to my house. Simian , David and Harrison from Broxbourne area were absolutely above and beyond brilliant. Last week keeley helped and got the ball rolling . Thank you all of you who helped get my house back on the grid. Its been a super stressful 6mths with issues.

We had to order a replacement safety locking valve for our elderly Mother. The team couldn't have been more helpful and a very friendly and polite engineer arrived the next day and fitted it !!! Excellent all round, very impressed.
