Scam. I sent the unused machine back and have heard nothing from them. I have not received my money or the machine back. I have sent several emails but have not received a response.

agree with all previous one-star opinion: "The seller is a fraud". Dose not reply to email neither via contact webpage nor via direct email. I'd tried to get support since one of the battery did not work at all and on another battery device stopped working after few uses. It's a fraud - don't buy from them!!!

One star because it is not possible to give no star or négative ratings. This company never answer to messages when we claim for assistance and warranty service. They offer 2 year guarantee on their products but in reality, they don't care about customers as soon as they have purchased their products. They never answer the phone too. Don't buy their products otherwise you will be as screwed as we are now with our out of order coffee machine without any solution for repair

Battery doesn’t charge.
Despite European legislation on consumer rights the company were unable to refund.
My advice - don’t buy one of these machines.

The seller is a fraud, does not pay commission. Does not respond to email. The product is of low quality, the plastic top tank cracked after a while due to temperature changes and water started leaking. I do not recommend buying.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Very bad Company, they do not send what you have paid for, and the dont answer mails. Find an other Company who are serius.

I went on a holiday and I took my own Caffe2go in my hand luggage. It was amazing. I had my own coffee with me on my holliday. Fresh, warm and easy to carry. It will be on my packing list for the next time. Great product!

I purchased one of these which quickly went defective. I returned it and never heard anything. Emails unanswered and no contact at all. Beware.

It's easy to use and a good cup of coffee everywhere I like. Superhandy.

It worked the first time. But when trying to charge it for a third time, the thing shut down and no combination of button pushing or charge cord manipulation resulted in any sign of life. I tried to contact the manufacturer twice with no response. I was hoping there was some kind of "reset" I could do. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this product, if even available anymore.

Easy to use portable Coffee maker. Well priced, and very convenient!

Excellent coffeemaker, only drawback is that you can only make two espresso’s (40ml), while making the third espresso it shuts down, not enough battery left
