Ordered the mug warmer as a special present for my wife not only did it arrive three weeks late but at no point was told it was a foreign plug and also it felt cheap … The writing on the mug was faded away and the placement mat where the mug sits arrived damaged feels cheap would not recommend this company. I’ve emailed them three times and no response for refund needed.

DON'T waste your money and time. Just reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice.

Just impossible to contact them

I ordered an item (WDT) and paid. I got confirmation of order but no item and no dispatch confirmation. It's been 9 days and I have gotten nothing back. There is no one to pick up the phone and they dont respond to emails beyond the automated reply.

Do not order from them

If I could give zero stars then I would. Grinder was never received and 2 emails have been totally ignored. Pathetic customer service. Shameful really. Money refunded by bank and grinder reordered from a much superior company and received within 2 days.

The format made me give a star but my experience doesn't merit one. I ordered a grinder: it didn't come. No-one ever answered the phone and my emails got the instant statutory 'We're on it' response but no-one ever was. My bank is now requesting a refund from theirs.

As others have said, poor quality products and non existent customer service.

Absolutely frustating service. Order mug for birthday . Order placed on 16th so far nothing yet . I contact them and they promised to ship the item and guaranteed delivery by 27th its 28th nothing arrived no update. Scammers they should be ban from trading as from otger reviews it seems they never sent orders will raise issue

Placed an order for some coffee cups, 4 off. Only 2 arrived from china (to the UK) I have emailed them / used their contact form online and no response.

Beware if you buy from them.. customer service seems very lacking. I have had no replies from email, their web form and calling the number.. good luck!

These people should be banned from trading. My son bought a gift for his mother for Xmas and it arrived faulty, which occurred during manufacturing. It was extremely poor. They said a replacement would be sent out immediately, but this didn’t happen. They have now offered a refund, but we are still waiting and not responding to email.

I wish I could score lower! As others had said, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. My daughter ordered presents from here, only half showed up, and now we are being ghosted.

I ordered a tamper as a birthday present . The 2-3 day delivery took a week, too late for the birthday. I informed them that I wanted to return the item which is my right under the Consumer Rights Act.

No response to my emails or telephone calls.

Their website says 30 days return policy but warns against returning items without prior consent.

As the item was under £100, so not covered by credit card protection, I reluctantly decided in the end that I would just give it to someone else rather than risk further costs and what would probably be a protracted process try to obtain redress.

I'd give it 1 star if I could. This is a scam. There's no way to contact them, they sell junk, and you can't return it. Don't visit this site at all.

This company never answered the phone and never called me back.
I emailed them at least 14 times trying to find out about the delivery of my order, after looking into who owned the company and addressing my email to them I received an email advising me that my order had been delivered to a neighbour, most annoying as I had specifically asked that if it could not be delivered to my address it should be returned to the company.
Not poor customer service. No customer service?

Non existent customer service. 3 emails sent and unanswered. Ordered a grinder for a birthday gift supposedly on 48hr shipment arrived a week later. Awful packaging. Item itself looks cheap and nasty. Very disappointed. Avoid this company and it's products despite the look of its website.

Item arrived wrecked, attempted to contact via email, after 3 emails they responded saying it had been delivered...which I was not disputing. I just wanted to arrange for the item to be returned. No further response received after sending subsequent emails and leaving a message on their voicemail.

Awful customer service. Had to chase them for the order to be sent in the first place because I hadn't received any shipping confirmation, a whole week after payment. Item was poor quality, so I immediately wanted to return it. 3 e-mails later, I find myself leaving this review, because they're just ignoring me.

The item has received is poor quality and not as described. It took ages to ship and I contacted the customer service to return the item for a refund, I heard nothing back. Avoid this page

Caffeine Gears

Ordered 19 March 2025 and order arrived 1 April 2025, packaging was not great. The item itself is very low quality with the price of £44. When I used google lens, it gave me worst results so better research first before purchasing from this site.
