Took the order never sent the product

I ordered a hat from this company on June 23 and have still not received it.
When they finally sent me a tracking number after several attests to contact them via their email as they don’t seem to have a phone number- I first got a tracking number for UPS that tracking number said the sender had requested it be transferred
to USPS and it is now in Georgia.
I’ve sent them screenshots shots of the tracking and have still not heard back from this company. I will have to call my bank and request a charge back
In my credit card of over 140.00.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AS THEY SEEM TO BE A VIRTUAL SHOP SET UP ON SHOPIFY!!! No accountability from the seller or SHOPIFY
