Great experience. The service was speedy and professional and the cake was fresh and delicious.

Ordered cake online couple of weeks ago. Confirmation received. Staff had no notice of order so cake wasn’t ready. Got offered one off the counter, even though I had ordered a personalised one. Staff then rushed to get one done. Wasn’t the best but I had an 100 mile journey to go on so had to take it. No apology or explanation, not even a simple sorry. As a regular customer I’m not impressed and won’t be returning again.

The vegan birthday cake tasted awful. The sponge tasted stale. No one could eat it. They replaced it a few days later with a vanilla flavour which tasted even worse. They shouldn't be offering vegan cakes if they don't know how to make them. I tried to buy a small slice prior to ordering but was told they only do large cakes which have to be ordered. Very disappointing.

Good cakes. I ordered a cake short notice and it was ready within 40 minutes. All cakes are vegetarian and halal which is a bonus. Very polite staff. I would definitely recommend buying from here

We got the vegan cake. It was presented nicely but the taste was awful. We didn't enjoy it and it ended up in the bin.
Please refine the recipe as there aren't alot of nice looking vegan celebration cakes!

I had a delivery slot booked and the cake turned up nearly an 1h late, I rang them several times to find out what was going but they seemed very unhelpful! the cake it's self was disappointing and I had my wedding cake from them only a few months before with no issues and it was lovely but they told me I would get the delivery fee refunded but still to this day I've not received it!

We pre-ordered the cake for our daughter’s 1st Bday and I we were amazed how fresh, soft and tasty it is, because in England is hard to find a cake that it’s not dry!

My cake arrived late, and one side was completely broken. I called the store several times and they didn't even give it to me. I used to buy cakes there all the time, but I don't go there anymore because this is the second time you've done this.
