Great birthday cake and excellent service.…
We ordered a 12” chocolate princess cake for our daughter’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect. Often bought cakes are not so flavourful but this was delicious, both the sponge and generous icing. The team at the Nottingham store were incredibly friendly and helpful and we will certainly use them again.

Delicious cake but the time management…
Delicious cake but the time management of staff is not great i came to collect as booked online but had to wait extra 15-20 minutes to collect the cake .This is not a right practise when there a time slot window allocated

Cake was ordered at short notice but Cake Inn were still able to deliver on time. Cake ordered was a walnut and carrot birthday cake which was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

We ordered a cake 3 days prior to…
We ordered a cake 3 days prior to picking it up. We booked a slot to pick cake up and the cake was not even ready!! The cake was then prepared in the space of 10 minutes and was not set. When getting the cake home it had slanted and when cutting it crumbled down to bits. Ruined our special day. Really disappointed with the outcome
