each time I ordered to taste a different versions of the flavours of the unique designed cake that you have so beautifully implemented the design intricately onto the shape of the cakes gives extra added boost to motivate what other flavours I can purchase next time to indulge and quench my taste bud! Overall the service was great lol/10!

I have given two points because they took my order for a cake for my mum's b'day and I was able to pick it up.
Unfortunately when I arrived to pick up the cake it wasn't ready and so had to wait. When the cake was eventually given to me I was told to hold it upright, then I discovered why - all 3 layers had slid off - it was as if the cake was done in a hurry! Also it tasted sweet but the texture was like cardboard. Sorry to write have to write this review but cake was sub-standard quality.

It was my first time ordering from Cake Inn and I absolutely loved it, not just me but whoever had a bite of it. It's not as sugary as others even the icing. You can literally have the whole cake and would want more. Honestly, you've stolen my heart and I am definitely recommending.

The cake is good but the ornament is disappointed. It's because I've made an order a week ago, but the staff told me they don't have that ornament (cartoon penguins) when I collected the cake. They said either I can have another ornament or no ornament on the cake. We chose that cake because of the ornament is cute, however they can't prepare it even we've pre-ordered it a week ago. What a shame as it's for my kid birthday celebration.

I always buy my cakes from cake in. Quality cakes reasonably priced and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered a happy 30th balloon and the #30th candle online with the cake, they didn’t have none of when picked up the cake, the staff were not very helpful and asked if I wanted my money back🙁 ?
It’s my son big 3 0, it’s not the money, they should at least compensate for a 3 and 0 balloon and check their stock regularly for the products or items that are not in stock, very disappointed! 😞
