After trying to find a cake maker for my sons birthday who is crazy about spiderman. I came across this website soon as i looked on there seen a beautiful spiderman cake and i orderd it i even got to pick my date for delivery i am very very happy with this service even orderd cupcakes too very beautiful cake and cupcakes and i must say one off the best tasteing cakes ive had over my years of orderding cakes.. thankyou andrew your talent is amazeing. Disappointing
Delivery, packaging and presentation of the cake was very good. However I am very sure I ordered chocolate. I got a Victoria sponge, I love my cakes to be very moist otherwise I can not eat it, unfortunately the sponge was very dry, it was my birthday so I was not happy, I have not been able to eat anymore of the cake.

However, it would appear that the cake you ordered does not have an option for a chocolate sponge, the marble cakes we offer are all vanilla sponge, buttercream and jam filling as described on the website. Saved me last minute for a birthday cake!
After a last minute change to a cake order I frantically tried to find a supplier who catered for my daughters dietary needs.
I found cakes by Andrew.
The whole experience was brilliant.
Vegan biscoff cake was absolutely gorgerous and delivered super fast on the date we specified. Looked exactly like the pic and was brilliantly packaged.
Definitely will order from again.

Received cake on time and it was well packaged, only fault is the box it come in was a tad too small so squashed roses at front and ruined them also icing at side stick to cardboard

Good customer service.
Our cake did not arrive on the correct day because of the delivery firm.
However, the customer service from Cakes by Andrew was excellent. No hesitation to refund.
The cake arrived two days late although it was dispatched on time and was at delivery depot on due date.
