I live overseas and ordered a vegan cake to be delivered to a close friend as a kind gesture. She and her family absolutely loved it and said it was delicious.

To not have to worry about anything was perfect. It was simple and easy to order and deliver. The complete package with quality and taste, so thank you.

Everything tasted amazing, and my mixed treats were wrapped perfectly. I love how The rest of flavors that weren't ordered were listed for future purchases

Updated: they have replied via email offering a full refund as of today.

Customer service is absolutely abhorrent.

Three weeks of waiting for a justly deserved refund (see my other review) with zero reply via email.

Absolutely impossible to get through to them on the phone, just goes to automated messages or voicemail.

Only reply that I’ve had was here on trust-pilot (assumedly because it’s a public platform) and that was that they would get investigate with their courier and get back to me.

Everything is great if your cake arrives in good condition, but god forbid anything goes wrong because getting any answer from this company is outright impossible apparently.

When spending such large amounts of money on a cake you expect it to arrive in perfect condition and mine was far from it, and when something goes wrong you at least expect the company to admit fault. I doubt at this stage I will get a refund but I will continue to write reviews so that people can be warned about the customer service side of things.

The cake was beautiful, arrived on time and tasted incredible! However it was supposed to have ice cream cones on the side but the had fell off so kind of took the look away from the cake.

Delivered on time, cake was very well packed. Looked fantastic and tasted amazing sponge was lovely and moist. Cake was brought for my parents Diamond wedding anniversary they were very happy with it.
