Ordered a cake for my Mum's 100th Birthday and had to change the delivery date as she is now in hospital...no problem.
Cake was delivered by a very friendly driver and it is beautiful!
Their professionalism is outstanding and what sets them apart from 'ordinary' businesses.
Cannot recommend them highly enough...wonderful.

This cake was so good! I was really worried about ordering after a really bad experience with a different online place where the cake was vile, artificial and damaged (desserts delivered) but this place was the complete opposite! the cake was one of the best cakes I have EVER has, it was perfect! arrived looking like it had just been handed to me from the baker. Will use Cakes by Andrew every time we need a cake in the future x

Packed really well, and arrived early in the day, my daughter was over the moon at her mixed box, something different for a birthday, she loved all the flavours.

We had 2 vegan cakes delivered. Delivery was perfect, punctual, friendly, and well communicated. The cakes were absolutely gorgeous honestly wouldn’t have even know they was vegan. Design was stunning, everyone commented on the cake. Thank you to Andrew and the team.

Ordered my wife's birthday cake (chocolate strawberry cake) in January and choose to have it delivered the day before her birthday just in case there was any problems and I've got to say I was pleased with the outcome.
Delivered on time and well package to avoid any damage while in transit and the cake was exceptional, will definitely be ordering again.

I don't normally write reviews but I cannot praise "Cakes By Andrew" enough. We chose a celebration vegan cake for our daughter's 30th birthday and the whole process from ordering online to delivery was simple and smooth, the cake arriving in perfect condition. It was a riot of colour and as for the taste ... WOW ! Everyone was suitably impressed ! Will definitely order from "Cakes By Andrew" again.

We ordered 3 vegan cakes for our special day, and they all arrived in time (the day before, as arranged) and were absolutely delicious. Honestly tasted better than any non-vegan cake I can think of having in the past.
I had a few questions and received prompt, helpful email replies as well.

Very creative choice of cake. Stays moist for a good while too, as one can't eat it all at once sometimes.
A very nice 'delivery Dad' too. I am impressed that your van is decorated to reflect your fun immage and quality.

Cake sponge amd the frosting ,everything was too hard, not at all a creamy and soft texture..not worth the amount at all..

Ordered a pink and blue vintage cake with pink in the middle for a surprise birthday for my little girl. When I cut into the cake it was vanilla. Disappointing. When I messaged them on instagram and posted it to my Story, they said they take this thing very seriously and Andrew will contact me the day after to sort it. Then they asked if I could take my story down, I refused, as people have a right to know.
The next day, no contact. So. I messaged them again, I simply said “Still waiting for this issue to be sorted. I have a review email sent to me and I don't want to have to leave 2 stars.”

Next second I know, I got a phone call. This man is shouting at me down the phone saying I’m threatening him?! His attitude blew me away. Saying he doesn’t care about the reviews and he’s all over the place with a small team. All this from a PROFESSIONAL?! I am gobsmacked. After he hung up, he rings back pathetically apologising. Then offers to refund me £12. Still waiting on that refund. And to be quite honest, I don’t care any more. This is probably the most foul man I’ve encountered. Imagine if this cake was for a gender reveal?!
His lack of compassion bamboozles me.
He will probably comment with something snarky underneath, but I have screen shots and phone recordings to back all of this up.
