Very comprehensive service - even in free version

Exceptional Support and Lightning-Fast Bug Fixes
I had a fantastic experience with Cal.com's support team. I reported a detailed bug with their API (rescheduling reason and rescheduledByEmail fields not populating correctly) and the response was almost immediate.
Their representative, Jose, reported the issue to the engineering team right away. Within days, a fix was developed and a GitHub pull request was shared with me. Even when I followed up about the deployment to the live API, Jose was incredibly responsive, chasing the engineers and providing a clear timeline for the fix to go live.
Their responsiveness is truly second to none. It's great to see a company not only build an excellent product but also provide such high-quality customer support and rapid bug resolution. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable Customer Support – Solved My Legacy User Issue
I reached out to support after losing editing access to my custom Workflows due to a recent policy change.
Although the policy now requires a Teams plan, the response from agents Jose and Milos (and oversight from Co-founder Peer) was exceptional. They fully understood my specific situation as a long-time, individual (legacy) user.

Great software! I'm coming from Calendly, and Cal is so much better. Loads of things to customize I haven't got to yet, but all my events are in Cal, and I could cancel my subscription to Calendly fast.
