Cal itself is a highly flexible, easy to use and good looking alternative to calendly etc. with an excellent free plan which is all I need currently. I tried the subscription to access recording with their in-built video meetings app, but had issues with getting that working. Their support was great on troubleshooting the issue. In the end, though, it couldn't replace Zoom as it is at the moment, but you can easily integrate whatever meeting app you use into Cal. Also, there was an issue with cancelling my subscription which meant I continued to be charged for 3 months after. They agreed to refund me which is amazing!! Compared to other services like this, it's so rare to find one which is honest and fair and supports you. Thanks a lot!

I'm trying to cancel my free trial
I've updated my comment in light of Milo's.
This morning I spent perhaps 45 minutes trying to cancel my free trial - but it was difficult to find information on how to unsubscribe, or an unsubscribe link. The person on the chat very quickly refunded me after i accidentally clicked to move off the free trial, and he tells me he also cancelled the free trial as well, which is great. However as his messages were very concise it was hard for me to know for sure if he had cancelled the free trial (or just the full subscription) or whether I would be charged next week when the free trial was due to run out. This was clarified eventually. Not Milo's fault - but would be much easier if there was simply an 'unsubscribe from free trial' button to click. I eventually deleted my card details and account to help me feel more certain. I hope that explains things more accurately.

cal.com is the best booking software I've tried (and I've tried a lot) even on the free plan. Lots of awesome features, easy to navigate. And when I had problem with figuring out one little detail, their customer help desk responded immediately through the chat. Clearly 5 stars!
