Load of bull, Stotfold is a Shi.hole, we live there, crap pubs , no shops, crap surgery.

Vickie, Emma & Emily at Ballagan Woods have provided an excellent service. Everything was well prepared and informative and any questions we had were answered fully. All the staff we have dealt with at Cala have been friendly and helpful.

I have reserved a property at Bliss Willows Chipping Norton. My experience so far with Cala Homes has been excellent, in particular Katie Quintal has been exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the process and communicating progress. There have been some delays and I look forward to the completion of the property soon.

The Cala team, and in particular Chris Denny, have done a great job at looking after our home after completion.

We have had a great customer experience with David at Worting Park. He’s been very accommodating, responsive and flexible with our queries and schedules. Very informative, thorough and helpful IGM and throughout the whole process. We are very grateful to be in such good hands buying our first home.

George and Alan spent 3 days working throughout our home to deal with settlement cracks and repairs. They did a great job work completed to a high standard, professional and friendly.

We had Alan Park working in our home last week. Wonderful standard of work, really helpful & very professional. A credit to Cala.

Ed came to fix a paint and mastic issue. Beautiful work, better than it was in the first place.

Had some snagging problems with my new home of which always when reporting them to cala have always been helpful and sorted them promptly, I have always had Chris Denney on many occasions to rectify the problems and recent problem being external, he did a brilliant job and can highly recommend him on all jobs inside and out .

Fab remedial work completed today by Paul [painting / plastering] and Allan [joinery]. A lovely couple of sub-contractors who go above and beyond to keep the customer happy. Thanks so much, guys!

George Fisher. Came to touch up my ceiling after suffering a leak. He did a great job and left the place clean and tidy. He’s a lovely pleasant man who is an asset to Cala Homes

Martin Hales fixed the silicon on our bathrooms promptly and did a wonderful job of it!

Thanks to Ann at Lathallan Grange for allowing my family to view the show homes. Hands down the Logan has to be the finest show home I’ve ever had the pleasure of viewing. What an amazing house in every sense.

Excellent customer services, Karim has been quite confident and knowledgeable. He talks through the process, gives options and offers best price. He’s available for questions and any thing he can do is done.

We have had nothing short but a brilliant experience while purchasing our Cala home, which is all down to the professional and personalised care and service we have received from Jenny and Lizzi at the Barrhead office. They listened to what we were looking for, were really informative and helped us find what will be the perfect home for our family. We have been kept informed every step of the way, and they have always been very happy to answer questions and give us their time. The site they work at doesn't have a show home for the model we are buying, but they have helped us connect with other Cala developments so that we could see all the options available to us and make an informed decision.

Vickie, Emily and Emma at Ballagan Woods Killearn were so helpful and made moving home, what can be an uncertain and stressful process, seamless and easy. They were always there when we needed them either a phone call or prompt email reply away. They were a huge factor in our family securing and moving into our wonderful forever home and we can’t thank them enough.

We would like to give special recognition to Jeff Crawford, Scotland East. He has been a tenacious troubleshooter in resolving a tricky roof leak problem in our apartment block in Rosebery Wynd. Always contactable and cheerful, he left no stone unturned in resolving our issue. Cala customer service team including Mhairi were very quick to respond to our emails and offered reassurance the leak would be resolved. Every member of Cala contractors and staff we have interacted with have been top class. Nobody wants snagging issues but they do happen and we have seen that Cala responded efficiently and with good grace.

Emily, Vickie and Emma have all been incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. Communication has been excellent and they’ve always been quick to answer questions and keep us updated. Everything has moved along quickly and efficiently, which has made the experience feel smooth and well organised.
