Have loved CA Casualty for near 40 years. The service has been consistently excellent by way of wonderfully mannered, well-spoken service representatives, who are super efficient and helpful.
California Casualty has consistently been easy to work with. Their customer service is quick, responsive, and helpful. When I had claims, they paid them promptly and hassle-free. When many of my neighbors were getting dropped by their homeowners’ insurance because of fire risk, California Casualty stuck with me, earning my lifelong loyalty.
Having a company who listens to your issues and is really helpful.
I have been with this insurance for many years. Both auto and home. They have been very reliable and their service is excellent.
California Casualty provides excellent customer service.
Good coverage and fair prices - California Casualty lucked out as well, can't even remember how long it has been since we've made a claim.
Women make insurance claims too. Dealing with a catalytic converter theft claim. My claims representative refuses to email me (the woman who submitted the claim) and insists on contacting my husband. The rep has been repeatedly, asked both by myself and my spouse to contact me, but he refuses..women make claims too and deserve equal service. He also treated my mechanic (also a woman) rudely. I have been with CalCas for 25 years. Do better CalCas, get some equity training for your Reps. Sexism is not cool.

Last year, my van has a flat tire so I called for a towing service from your company. I got a quick response and the issue was resolved quickly.
Absolutely zero problems, rates are reasonable - any time I have called with questions I am treated with respect, all my questions answered - I feel 100% safe and protected with Calif Casualty
I have had California Casualty for 30 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Sadly, I can no longer use you for my homeowners insurance because I live in a modular home built before 1976.
I have found California Casualty to be very expedient and reliable in following through with processing your auto claims . Also, allowing you to use body shops that you know have a great reputation for great reliable work.
I've been very happy with CalCas insurance. I've been a customer for over 15+ years. The employees are honest, hard working, and help to save you money with premiums/and other concerns.
Generally easy to communicate with. No problems to rate the claims process yet but so far so good.
My longest experience with California Casualty insurance has been always a smooth and reliable process in my thirty and something years that I’ve been a loyal customer I haven’t had any issues or complaints my only concern is the yearly increase of my premiums letting me to consider to stop driving
CC never fails to provide prompt , polite , comprehensive, and professional service. I highly recommend them to friends and neighbors who ask me about my insurance carrier.
I have been with Cal. Casualty for quite a few years now. They are just great folks to deal with and will help you get what you need in both auto and home insurance. Anytime I have had question one call is all it takes, they have trained there employee's well.
I noticed that my auto insurance premium had increased substancially compared to that of the previous year. I realize that this situation is industry wide and didn't really expect your very helpful customer service agent to be able to do much. To my surprise, she was able to reduce my premium substancially. I even received a refund for a portion of this year's premium. I wish I could remember her name, but I unfortunately cannot. I have contacted California Casualty customer service in the past, and on each occasion received excellent service. In an age where poor customer service seems to be norm, California Casualty really shines. Please keep up the high standard.
I just turned 80 and have been with California casualty for over 40 years. Claims for my auto and household have been handled with immediacy and resolutely. Customer service representatives are always personable, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I’m grateful to California casualty for covering me and for having representatives who have always served me and represent the organization so well.
