I read so many good reviews. I wish I can say the same but im still waiting to get in on the action. It would be nice if my broker would get back with me regarding my wire transfer. I was told 3 days excluding weekends. They wire doesn't appear to be there, if it is it has not posted to my account yet. Im hoping it will soon so I can buy. I emailed my assigned broker, I have not heard from him. Instead im getting replys from the team. My first time with crypto and im basically learning on my own. I would like to do some trading as well but I don't want to gamble on something I know nothing about. Maybe when all is well , I can come back and give a better review but for right now im missing out on good buys and waiting to be contacted.

I asked my broker on Sunday evening if they could assist to consolidate my portfolio, selling multiple assets and buying a smaller set. Within minutes I had an answer and with 1 hour the whole operation was complete.
Absolutely brilliant service.

My crypto journey began with C&B and it is a great place to start if you are new to crypto. It's also a very safe place to keep your crypto compared to a regular exchange and their customer service has been fantastic.

For full transparency purpose, and as almost everyone at Caleb&Brown has come to realize, I am basically "technically challenged"...even on the simplest of computer use.
Unquestionably, that has contributed to my "issues" occurring when dealing with C&B.
Without a doubt, I can say that I have NEVER been made to feel uncomfortable when needing help. Once again, (in this case, Lachlan & Milany from support) have managed to help me navigate through difficulties in a timely and professional manner.
I'm getting old at this point, and I can/will say that in my client/customer/business history, I have not had the level of CONSISTENT, customer-centered assistance and support.
I simply cannot express how positive everyone's help has been, and I could not be any more enthusiastic in providing this review.
