Found their website online after having an awful experience with another company.

Our interactions with them from start to finish has been wonderful. Professional, quick to respond and excellent product.

They were more expensive than other quotes we had, but it was worth every penny. The shower enclosure finishes the bathroom off beautifully. Having experienced the other company I do know creative glass studios product, detailing and service is much higher.

Pretty delighted with our new shower enclosure. We went with these guys after a Google search as their website looked very good and impressed by the other reviews. They were not the cheapest but I’m so glad we went with them - you really do get what you pay for. We needed an enclosure for a en suite loft bathroom with very limited space, a slopey ceiling, velux protruding over the shower, wonky walls and a tricky colour match of Lusso brushed gold fittings. Shower dominates the tiny room and it would have been so easy to create an eye-sore! These guys spent HOURS measuring the space and getting it all absolutely right. The quality and finish of everything is amazing. Their designers sent really detailed CAD drawings throughout (especially to explain options for solutions to wonky ceiling and weird velux). They got someone to drive some colour samples of the metals over to my house as I was struggling to make a choice from pictures and videos. I couldn’t believe how much time and workmanship went into the end product (which made me feel a lot better about spending the money). Service also couldn’t have been more professional throughout - Lara (manager) and Lauren (design), plus the lovely guys measuring and fitting were all first class. Fitters were so courteous and polite to have in my home compared to a series of other workmen we have had in over the past year, plus they had amazing attention to detail. Would recommend without hesitation.

We ordered a custom made shower door and are delighted with the result. Superb customer service from initial contact with Lara, through site visit from Andrew, to final fitting. Prompt, professional service and a top quality product. We highly recommend this company.

Great customer service, reliable, and great finished product.

Our house is 400 years old, the shower room is a very awkward space. Therefore the shower screen/enclosure was always going to be a problem, due to lines not being straight and wooden beams compromising any flat wall or ceiling space.
After contacting 3 companies, Andrew (CGS) immediately filled me with confidence. The laser's he used to determine the measurements, design and support structure for the screen assured me that I was working with someone that understood glass, glazing and old buildings. The service was quick and informed, Andrew and his team of fitters were friendly, professional and pragmatic. The outcome; a faultless fit and an outstanding design for our new shower screen. It should be noted that I live in a village some 50 miles outside of London, this was never an obstacle for the team.

Creative Glass was probably one of the most professional company we have dealt with throughout our construction work. Their communication was excellent, made every effort to satisfy our requirements and the finish product is absolutely stunning and surpassed all of our expectations! Admittedly not the cheapest on the market but we definitely do net regret choosing Creative Glass Studio. Their work is of high quality in terms of precision, materials, etc. Andrew communicated the design clearly and listened to our special requests. We are happy with the product.

I required very large, bespoke glass fittings that involved solving numerous problems, not least of which was actually getting the large panes into the property.
I had designed a bespoke shower screen with which I was never truly happy, Andrew applied his considerable experience and expertise and suggested a different more radical, and beautiful solution that is absolutely perfect.
My requirements were unusual and presented difficulties all of which were solved by Andrew and his team. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for first class service and execution of any glass project, indeed I am planning on a new bespoke all glass entrance to my home that Creative Glass will undertake.
