Helps in relaxing my shoulders and great to use before yoga
Super quick delivery. Lovely products but slightly harsh on the throat. I liked the flavour it didn’t over power the nice hemp taste . I have spinal stenosis and it has definitely helped to reduce the stress that I hold in my shoulder. I use it before yoga too and it definitely helps calm me as my resting heart beat has lowered.
