Paid £50 for 4 vapes only for them to…
Paid £50 for 4 vapes only for them to be delivered to the wrong address and Caligreens are ignoring me, refusing to replace or refund when DPD have confirmed the parcel is lost and unretrievable By them so been conned out of my money.
In reply to your reply, there has been no correspondence between us, no one ever calls me back or answers my emails and no one has said they have been replaced/resent or anything I have been hung up on or ignored on multiple occasions out of pocket and with no goods received so your reply is not honest.

Had a wee issue with an order that hadn't went through but payment had been taken.
Used their online chat facility and the issue was resolved within minutes and the order arrived the next day.

I ordered 2 pens on next day delivery and the next day they tell me they only have 1 in stock, which means that their site is broken. It took 5 days for them to reship, totalling 6 days for "next day delivery". I did not receive any store credit or compensation.
