Used their programs for many years. As a crime analyst, Maptitude has been my go to program. Their support people are always willing to help with any question I have. Highly Recommend them.

I have been a planning consultant for over 20 years. I highly recommend Maptitude. The learning curve is short - it is the most intuitive but powerful mapping applications I have ever used. Others are fine, they cannot beat the ease of use and functionality of Maptitude. It is easy to create map layers and final presentation maps from scratch with it. And Maptitude comes with map layer data of its own, which is the best I have seen. In addition can import a variety of file types, which is extremely valuable when you are working with local governments using a variety of map formats. This means you can readily combine data from many sources in one map in Maptitude. You will really like working with it.

Great mapping software that has many capabilities. Very user-friendly with many options for online tutorials, in-class trainings, Q&A, etc. Would highly recommend this software to companies looking for a cost-friendly yet high level mapping software.

Caliper - Maptitude is user friendly and economical. The software makes it easy to show key components in your data. It pinpoints the location and is visually appealing. I used it for a cancer cluster investigation and also use it in another industry to show sales.

Maptitude is a powerful, accurate and economical desktop mapping solution. It is an excellent replacement for Microsoft's discontinued Mappoint software. We use it with our CDXZipStream Excel add-in for bulk geocoding and routing calculations. Your only cost for unlimited requests is the one time license fee versus the thousands of dollars you might need to spend for Bing or Google data.

Whenever I need to analyse my data and represent it visually I always go to Maptitude. The software is a GIS that can import, covert and export Google Earth, OpenStreetMap, Esri Shape, MapInfo, GPS, AutoCAD, Excel, Text etc. I've been using Maptitude for more than 13 years and bar TransCad (Caliper Corporations Public Transit Modelling Solution), there is no other GIS software that delivers like this!

We've been using Maptitude for more than 20 years. It is by far "the best bang for the buck" in GIS software. I can't believe the amount of demographic data that comes with the product. The sophistication is incredible, but the software is relatively simple to use.
We've been using Maptitude to map our CRA Assessment Areas for banks. We also use it for branch impact studies (required by regulators). When we started using "drive-time rings" to determine the practical service area of bank branches the regulators were really impressed.
Tech support also has been great. We are a small company and tech support is critical to us. Caliper has been great in that respect too.

I was in a bind when MS retired MapPoint. I discovered Maptitude in 2009 and have been using the software since then. Once you take time to use the various features, it becomes a joy to use when evaluating different market conditions/situations. I do enjoy using this software. Never had an issue with the support team; and I highly recommend attending a training class or participating in a webinar to learn as much as possible.
Tried Maptitude out looking for a simple mapping software, and got so much more. I was able to attend the three-day training session and was exposed to the so many more functions and capabilities of the software that we are now utilizing. Definitely worth the purchase, The support team is above par and are always available for any question.
We are a small company that provides custom demographic data for the housing industry. We use Maptitude to not only map our data but to analyze large data sets down to the Census Block level.
Maptitude also has steadily improved over the years. All of the map features can be customized, so you can create maps that are your own unique design.
We find Maptitude to be an easy to learn mapping program that our clients can conveniently learn to access our data and make many reports very quickly. Beyond that Maptitude is capable of handling and processing tons of data on a very stable platform.
I've been using Maptitude for about four years. It is an OUTSTANDING product and is the most powerful GIS application on the market today for the price. Nothing else can touch it. And the learning curve is virtually nothing--it is the easiest GIS software that I've learned. I've appreciate their customer support and training packages. All in all, this is a very, very impressive product at a great company.
I've been using Maptitude since the first beta version came out about 30 years ago. I had a project mapping toxic data points across the nation and maptitude was the only GIS that could handle it and it was, to tell the truth, the only one I could afford. Since then many companies have sent me GIS programs in an attempt to switch but none yet come even close to the power and ease of use of Maptitude. Absolutely the best.
The software is phenomenal. I've been using it for a couple years now, and it allows me to map my data, manipulate my branch's customers, extract it, and analyze it all in one set. The best part, however, is the customer support team. They're willing to set up a review time, and respond promptly with the needed solution.

We purchased Maptitude for a yearly mapping project. We are a non-profit charitable organization and our volunteers deliver gift bags to all 930 member families. It was my task to map 85+ delivery routes to all member families in our local area. I was seeking a substitute for Microsoft Streets and Trips. Maptitude is like Streets and Trips on steroids. I think there is probably not much Maptitude can't do. There is a bit of a learning curve because it is so powerful. But I like the ability to customize the map points with a staggering array of colors and shapes. I can save the maps, make PDFs, optimize routing. Everything I need---plus. Thank you Maptitude.
