Highly recommended

We had difficulties with our smart meter installation from day one. It was not talking with the gas meter. Also the table top meter reader was not communicating with the main smart meter. After an escalation through Utility Warehouse, we were approached by Calisen to solve this problem. It was a solved efficiently, patiently and with good humour by a fabulous technician who arrived on time, had great rapport with his clients, expert knowledge and great integrity to get a conundrum fault fixed. Thank you Evan Harris for making our smart meter smart!

Jeff was very friendly

Excellent service.

Li came to fit our smart meters on the 9th February. He was very efficient, very tidy and explained everything to my husband and myself. A job very well done.
He was polite and considerate and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Pleased customer

Li came to install my smart meter. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Kept adequate communication up until arrival time. He gave very detailed explanation on how to use everything. He also helped adjust the pressure on my boiler which I did not realise was low. Very clean, neat and tidy as well, cleaned up as he worked. A credit to his company.

Li's a top notch guy

Li came to install smart meter. Very satisfied with the job. Great communication - giving notice about appointment and on site. Very tidy installation, can't fault it.

smart meters installed by Faride Abdul

Had a time booking between 1200 - 1600 Abdul came around 1300. Faride efficient and genuine guy. ran me through everything to do with the new features and the hub of my smart meter. demonstrated how it relays the usage and the cost per hour and made sure to explain all the safety checks he needed to carry out.
He stayed here longer than he needed to be just to make sure i was ok with everything.

really good with my kids explaining things as he was working and didn't mind the attention.

all in all efficient and informed.

Only gave 1 star becsuse at least they…

Only gave 1 star becsuse at least they did leave me with working gas and electricity.
This company installed SMETS2 smart meters in my house 2 years ago and neither have ever sent an automatic reading to my supplier. Apparently after looking into it they only work on a given network which has poor service in my area. They must have known this when they came to fit them, but i suppose they dont care as long as they hit their quota and get paid per installation.
Im now left with 2 meters that are just as dumb as the original mechanical ones and i need to constantly send manual readings still. Rubbish!

Replacement electric meter

Jeff came out to replace my electric meter today. Jeff was polite, respectful of my property & a very bubbly person. Jeff explained what he was doing step by step and then explained it all to me again at the end giving me chance to ask any questions I might of had. I was very pleased with the work carried out.

Complete idiot visited to take a meter…

Complete idiot visited to take a meter reading. Had no visible ID and was insulting to my wife who was alone in the house because she wouldn’t let him in. Threw a card at her and told her to read it herself. I’m just glad I wasn’t at home as if I had heard him talking to my wife in that manner his meter reading career would have ended very swiftly. Disgusting behaviour who shouldn’t be allowed to visit customers.
