I bought a dress from here for £125 When it arrived it was cheap and far too small. Ordered a 12 and more like an 8. I repeatedly reached out to no avail 😔

I order a white dress and they sand me a differente one , cheap quality at 2 $ The items sent does not match with the picture at all. The stitching is so bad and the material is so bad. I have bad experience with calla buy, the dresses its very low quality, its 100% different the product what show in the images with they dresses sended to me, the fabric its horrible, the design its totally different from what they show, the size is to small.
I do not advise buying from this company because it is fraudulent

The worst service by this site . First time I ordered clothes from this site on December. 2019 . They send me partial order and still in December 2020 I am waiting for my half left order , Now I still have one iterm not arrived yet! they don’t refund me but said can give me some free coupon which tried to trap me spend more money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them!

If I could give no stars I would. It took 3 months to receive the product I ordered. Not only were there none of the molds that it advertised there would be in the kit but I can’t even read the miniature bottle of resin it came with. I mean it’s 1oz big. Also not like advertised. It came with just an alphabet mold. I’m seriously disappointed. Don’t buy from these people.

Never will be ordering again from callabuy. Ordered 2 dresses. They send me one which was very poor quality and just slightly resembled the picture. I wrote to them and gat a refund for the dress,but not for the postage. The other dress they cancelled, because they didn`t have in stock and that after I wrote a few times to them. I got refund for the dress,but not for the postage I paid, even the dress was not send at all.

I’m a cautious buyer I bought 3 evening gowns for my girls holiday time. We was shocked that 2 dresses was sent by spring. That were not even costume quality. They are bs in returns and I took a loss of $174 but the sad faces of my girls not getting their holiday dresses Was so heartbreaking. They sent basically rags sewed Together. Not worthy of our dog to sleep on.

Very very poor quality; and no way to get return

They are fraud company show you something and send u something else, think 10 times before ordering, they will not take returns makes hundreds of excuses if u want to return. I send everything to the address they gave me, after that they said we never get anything they lie all the time.

Do not buy anything at all from this company. I ordered four blouses from them and only two arrived. I put in a dispute with my credit card company for $49.90 and the company insist that they sent me my items. This is not true I have never received them it is now September they state that I received them in June. My credit card company is still charging me $49.90 for items I never received. This company has poor business practices you cannot trust them to have integrity.

An Impossible return result.
I ordered about $100 worth items, Exocet the poor quality, there are two I cannot use at all, so asked for return. After all the communication, they only want to refund me $12 after I returned these two items to their China warehouse with shipping cost about $28. The two items cost me $40.

I ordered a number of items from their website. None were as advertised, being of shoddy workmanship, poor quality materials and did not even resemble the pictures of the goods on the website. Just as bad, they also did not have proper care, fire or material labels so clearly the goods are substandard. When I complained the website refused to permit me to log in, and it refused to permit me to change my password. Do not purchase from this website.

Ordered 7 dresses for my mom. They shipped out 1 out of the 7, and it wasn't even one that we ordered. Quality is poor as well. The website pretends that it's an American website but it's straight off AliExpress equivalent. The difference being at least AliExpress replies to your emails, this website just takes your money and doesn't reply to you. Don't waste your money, stay away.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT’S ZERO STAR!!
This company is from China. The merchandise that I received are nothing in the pictures. It’s cheap and flimsy. It’s worst than the dollar stores. I wished I read these reviews before I ordered. I paid $138 for the order and when I emailed them wanted to return the merchandise, they said they will me a voucher for $19 and to keep the merchandise to give them away as gifts. When I refused, they offered me $16 refund to my credit card. I paid them $138 and they offered me $16 refund. They still won’t take the merchandise back for full refund. Pls send me the address if you have them because I called, they answered and told me they will call me back in half an hour. Guess what?

Ok, I’m coming back for giving result of my return. I had bought 14 clothes at Their discounted low price for $155. There are one or two I could keep. There are two I forced my self to keep. For telling them I will not pay high air shipping fee to ship them back to Chinese address, I only will get $56 back for my $155 purchase. That means I am paying $100 for Two of their junk quality “dresses”. I will give 12 pieces of cloth to the charity organization! And I have learned my big lessons!

Please don't buy anything from this website. it was very bad place, bad people, bad attitude. They are big cheaters. They stole your money. They sent you bad quality clothing, They never refund. They gave you China Dong Guan's address. Please spam then and not order anything from them.
