FRAUD

This company is absolutely disgusting! No good customer service what so ever. I made a order over 5months ago and did not receive it. I emailed them over and over again but all I kept getting was the same automated response, this problem has not yet been resolved by them and I don’t think it ever will. This is a terrible company and i Strongly suggest that no one purchases items from them!

Fraud! Ordered over $250 worth of new clothes but thankfully paid with PayPal. No communication whatsoever in the first 2 weeks. I emailed them but they send generic response and another 3 weeks of waiting no response I contacted PayPal to cancel the order just now. I have a feeling this company is set up as fraud and they have little to no merchandise. It’s just to defrauding people and see how much they can get away with it. They now refused to help me if I don’t close the case at PayPal. They don’t actually think I am that stupid because If I do close it there would be no recourse. Criminals!

This company doesn't even DESERVE a single star. My mom ordered some clothing from Callabuy in January (it is now May), and only 2 of 5 items had been received. The company CANCELED the rest of her order WITHOUT REASON, and said they "had issues with processing the refund," and offered for us to but "another hot deal" from their website. Not only that, but the amount they "refunded" (but can only be used for their store) was LESS that the original amount my mother had paid. They are a TOTAL SCAM, don't order any of their products!!

Very suspicious

I ordered the large size clothings a month ago and I got kid-size ones. Someone left a customer service number in this board starting 1-816 and I called it. They wanted me to install Teamviewer in my machine to get a refund. Teamviewer will allow them to see or even access my computer remotely. I was so uncomfortable and refused to install it.

I asked him to talk to his manager and he said there is no manager and do not call him again.

The posting having 1-816 number says they got a refund after providing a bank account. No idea why they need my bank account number to get a refund

Massive Headache - Avoid Callabuy

Massive headache. Purchased three items back in February 2020. As of May the items were never received. The shipping shows the items have been in China this entire time. They have yet to move out of the country. Contacted customer service. Have requested a refund as the items were never shipped and they have been giving me the runaround, asking that I take a $7 store credit. After I said that wasn't what I wanted, they then offered a full amount store credit. It has been a nightmare.

Hello everyone

Hello everyone, who wants to buy something from this site, first read my bad experience, to try to buy something from this site. I ordered 7 items from this site “Callabuy “ on February 5. I didn’t know that it’s will be so confused for that company. After I sent a few emails, to ask what happened, so long time to wait for my order. After that on March 8 I finally got one item of my order. I asked for my all order. And finally on April 10 afternoon I got 4 more items. again not all of my order. I ordered 7 items. How hard to do it together? Now I’m still to wait for two more items. Finally on April 27 I got one more item, and still waiting for one more item. Today is April 30. I never again will buy on this site. And will write that for many people. It’s to much headache.

Placed an order March 8

Placed an order March 8, 2020, paid through PayPal. Callabuy replied that one item was out of stock, but no refund issued. I finally received the partial order April 21, 2020, after trying numerous times to cancel the order. One of the items doesn't fit and I would like to return it. The correspondence between me in Callabuy is tedious with them asking for more information, copies of my order. PayPal has opened a dispute, but they are leaving it up to me to solve the problem with Callabuy. PayPal only has Virtual Customer Service. The whole experience has taken hours and hours, checking back looking between emails to Callabuy and PayPal in order to resolve. It's very, very frustrating. I had no idea when I placed the order that it would be coming from China. Never again! Buy local.

Disgusted with Callabuy!

I placed an order and within a half hour of ordering (and paying thru PayPal) I emailed Callabuy to cancel the order. I heard nothing, then 3 days later I get an email saying the order was shipped and could not be cancelled. Really???? They couldn't possibly have shipped my order within the first hour, plus they originally said the order might be delayed due to the Corona virus. Now after reading the other reviews posted, I can only imagine what I will get! I, too, would have given them NO stars if that was an option. This is a company to stay away from!

Everyone beware

Everyone, this Callabuy beware!!! I ordered 6 items, received 2 damaged,1 I did not order. Read the reviews, they have a pattern of sending you wrong size & stuff you did not order. You cannot reach anyone by phone or email. Your credit card co. is the only one who can help you. They should be removed so they cannot rip off anyone else. What a shame!! People, please stick to your own.

Someone copied my credit card number…

Someone copied my credit card number from this company and has been charging micro transactions ever since. It’s been 4 months and I never noticed until now, which is my fault. I ordered 5 dresses 4 months ago, have only received 1. Not at all what is displayed. Material is super thin and feels super itchy. Absolute scam of a company.

Horrible quality and Bad design!

Out of the 11 items I received, only 3 were decent enough to keep. None of the dresses match the picture; the difference is like day and night! I'm still expecting a couple more and won't be surprised if they end up disappointing.

Do not trust the pictures; it is not what you will get! I'm surprised they don't realize it's a fraud to misrepresent the items sold.

Like everyone here

Like everyone here, having been cautious, I fell victim for a scam too. I ordered 14-dresses!!! Over $200!!! on 3/24/20. Was supposed to be 2-weeks delivery at most but like every good person, I waited because of the whole pandemic crisis. I contacted Callabuy via email several times. 3-items is showing as shipped but I received only 1-tracking number, which is not giving much updates on the tracking.
Please advise how I can get a refund from papal. I noticed someone here has used papal and was able to file for a refund. Please advise. It would be greatly appreciated!! Thank god I used PayPal!!

No response from customer service on the order

I placed an order of purchasing 4 dresses on 1/6/2020. I got the partial shipment of 2 dresses on 1/18/2020 and the tracking record was indicating that the rest of order was preparing. In consideration of the Coronavirus situation, I waited for 2 months and sent an inquiry of the status update. There was no answer. I waited another month, the tracking record is still saying “the order is preparing”. I sent email again to their customer service. There is no response.
