I placed an order on Feb 17. It was supposed to arrive in two weeks maximum. By March 20 it had not even been shipped yet. I contacted callabuy explaining that I'm leaving the country before the end of March and hence would like to cancel the order as it would not arrive in time. I never got a reply to this request. Instead on March 24 I received an email that one of the two items in the order had been shipped! I contacted them immediately to explain that I demand a refund as I had left the country. They told me they can't refund me since it has been shipped already!

Absolute scammers, do not buy anything from them!

Agree with all what is said of being a cheat. got only 2 items of the order and extremely bad quality. I have a quick question to the group. Do they bill under their name or use a different name?

I agree with all other reviewers at this site, CallaBuy is not even any star. They are just cheating. The quality of their clothing is awful both in terms of material and craftsmanship. They say we can return items. But that would not happen at all. I ordered five items. After receiving the first two items, I realize how poor their quality is. So I requested a refund for the three other items that were still not shipped about two weeks ago. Email messages went back and forth. I have made the same request multiple times. Then this morning, they told me that one of three remaining items was shipped and two other items were out of stock! They'll offer me a voucher even though I tell me clearly that I don't want to buy anything from them for the rest of my life. I hope we together can figure out a way to get this shady company out. Otherwise, more customers will become its victims.

if you haven't try purchasing online from this company and planning to try, don't waste your time and money. These are Liars, my wife ordered 9 items and only 4 arrived. we tried contacting them but we were not able to, their website is always down, it's from china.

CALLABUY should no even get one star. This is a FAKE company, they specialize in SKAM all over UK, Canada & US. They got me with $168.00 Dllrs. Placed 2 orders 3 months ago & never heard from them. They charged these orders to my cc right after I placed my orders.
They advertise under several, different names. Their emails does not stop.
Since they are somewhere in Asia, how can I report this FRAUD?

Awful company. I ordered 4 dresses, paying around $70 CAD for these. Three of the four dresses came in a size XXL rather than S and the material of these dresses is extremely cheap. The style of the dresses themselves did not resemble the images I had seen on the website which was outright disappointing. I emailed the company requesting a refund but became very annoyed when I was told that the return-shipping fee needed to be paid by myself. They considered that the shipping fees are high and rather offered an in-store credit/discount which I do not care for after seeing the products received. Would never buy from again nor would I recommend to anyone else.

I have not to buy anything from this company but I was looking ta some items and I have in my heart a suspicious feeling that this company is not for me. I hate people that take advantage of us the working ones . Just knowing that this company is from China I will not shop from then, enough with China fooling us.

Tbh they are not even worth one star. I can never reach anyone through there “contact” as you have to enter a code and no matter how many times I enter the correct one it never gives me the option to move forward. This company is a joke and a scam. I placed my order Feb 4th and was told I would have my order 4 days. As of today nothing.

Actually after I wrote the first review I got a package from them , but I received just 2 items from 5, the quality was ok, let’s see if I will get the rest)!!!

Their site offers refunds but after requesting one 4 times they have stopped contact. Worst online purchasing experience ever

I ordered and paid for 4 outfits on February 4th, 2020. I needed one for an event February 29th. I was guaranteed delivery between 7-15 business days. I wrote to them the week I needed the dress and Roselyn from Callabuy responded on February 26th: "Sorry to tell you that your order is still in process and we are sincerely sorry for the delay. During the peak season, there are a large demand of our products, so we may still need at least 5-12 days more to process your order though we have tried our best to speed up. As a compensation for all delay and inconvenience, we will ask our colleague to put your order process in priority and arrange the shipment to you as soon as we can and you will receive a shipping notification email with shipping information (items have been shipped& tracking number& tracking link) after we send your order out. Please do not worry and wait patently. Have a nice day!" WHAT PEAK SEASON? January is a peak season? Where? In China?

I was enraged and wrote again. They responded: "Thank you for the email. Hope you're doing well today! You're always welcome and thank you for waiting. We already make a follow up with regards on the shipment of your order."

Today is March 10, 2020. It has been 35 days since I placed the order. I told Roselyn I am posting a negative review so others will know that their timeframe for delivery is a sham and that the order actually comes from China (a sweatshop?).

I have learned that no matter how inexpensive something is on line, there is a catch. If I ever get the items I will post again. Right now it has been a huge financial RIP OFF!!!

The dresses sent were absolutely crappy. No one has responded to a message sent via their website. Don't know how to get my refund. There is no email via which to send them a message. There is no phone number listed to call them to talk to a live representative.

IT IS A FRAUD! THEY ARE THIEVES; CHARGE YOU AND DO NOT SEND YOU ANY ITEMS. ENOUGH BUYING ANYTHING FROM CHINA!

Callabuy is a fraud. I ordered 8 items 4 months back and paid $99, I received only 7 items. out of them one item was teared off. other items materials are very cheap and very short in size. I send them an email to refund my money back, They tried 3-4 times to convince me to keep order with me. I declined and they suggested to return items to California address,I returned all items and received it and it is been 2.5 months they are returning my money back, They kept both items and money with them. ***** It is a Fraud Company,

I, like everyone else, appear to be having the same problem. Took a month to get my items and even when I got them they were wrong. Customer service is a joke. I have managed to email people but they are incompetent in reading anything and there is no phone number to call. If you talk in short little mini sentences they might be able to understand. Then again they don’t understand when you say see attached picture and then immediately in the next email ask for the same thing. All in all I would have been better off reading these reviews before buying. I was hesitant in the first place and should have just gone with my gut. So that’s my suggestion to some of the people who are trying to reach service. Short sentence like statements. For example: “item not as described. Material not as described. Item not received.” I swear that got me further than typing things out.

Update/edit: I was able to get my money back by filing a claim through PayPal. So I would say if you purchase an item and don’t use PayPal or some other company to guarantee your purchase you’re out of luck.

I place an order on the 2nd of February 2020 and I did not receive my order every time I checked it says order pack that's all .

I ordered 3 dresses on January 18, 2020 still have not received them. It was charged to my credit card the day I ordered it. I sent numerous emails to them they keep telling me they will escalate it to their production department. I tried to get my refund but still waiting for it. STAY AWAY from Callabuy!!! They are a SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! Unhappy customer from Canada.

SCAM !!!! Period..... ! This website is a total scam.!!! My wife ordered over $70 worth of clothing, and it said would be shipped with in 5-10 days, we waited more than a month and we tried to contact them , No Response at all. I finally got help from my credit card company and they helped us dispute the charge. I wish someone has the authority to remove this website so people don’t get scammed anymore.
