Oh My GOSH!!! I wished I had read more blogs about this company - they are beyond the worst company ever!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM CALLABUY, AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY KOSETATO, LUVYLE, INNcolor AND CATHYBUY. They all have the same contact number ... 1-844-815-5910... and you NEVER - I mean NEVER get the phone called answered - for over an hour on hold, I called back several times to hit all the different options and same thing. I tried for 2 days - NOTHING, I placed an order in April 2019 - received the packages in separate shipments - the (so-called) dresses were horrible, cheap, sizes were a joke - of course nothing like the pictures. I immediately sent back and followed their refund/exchange process. I tracked my package and was properly delivered. When a few weeks went by I enquired about my refund and I now have 30+ emails all from different people from Callabuy stating they were working on my refund... then in one email they said I had put in a DISPUTE with PayPal - WHICH IS JUST A SCAM FOR THEM TO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, telling me if I don't close the Dispute they will not refund my money... That is HORRIBLE and Callabuy is SUCH A FRAUD! They got their $$.$$ from my PayPal account and I sent everything back and NO REFUND!
I am going to Blog this with every Complaint website I can find.

Hi is there someone here who has found a way to contact this company . Without having to make an international call... When I try emailing it could mean back as invalid address . I cannot get anyone ,or a refund ,and what I did order on August 20 iv heard nothing .first time using this company . Learned a hard lesson . Cath.

I would give it a zero start if there is one. This is a fraudulent company who use false advertising to trick you to buy then ship you very bad quality clothing. They look bad and trash like and have nothing like what they put on the website. In addition, the sizes are all wrong and don't believe anything they put on the website. They don't even allow return or cancellation of order although on their website it is said that return or exchange is allowed. They act in a very dishonest way. Don't ever do any business with this seller.

Please do not buy from this site. the dresses are of below worthless quality and the sandals shown are not even worth $ 1.00. the sizes are not to any standard. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WORTHLESS SITE. I LOST $ 74.00. The packet was delivered almost after a month. I ordered 5 dresses and one sandal and all of them are non wearable due to poor quality, small in size and poor workmanship.

A very doggy company, they wrote wrong address and my parcel got sent back to callabuy and than they refused to refund. They sending me the same email asking if I want refund or resend but no action taken. I lost $100 Australian dollars . This company is BS and I would never recommend anyone to buy anything. Also the products are not from America but it’s some BS lying doggy fake and fake place in Asia.
I am angry for eBay to advertise them on their website . eBay is getting my complaint too.

Callabuy is a fraud and have no respect for customers.

I am still waiting for my refund for the last 5 months and still have not received. Do not buy anything from them. 😔

I have had the same experience as others with the.product.It is nowhere close to as they show in pictures on their site. Very cheap quality sub standard products. All cheap piece of S--T. If you want to return they make you run around with various emails but to NO effect.

I also ordered 5 dresses thinking I was getting a great deal. Four were trashy and cheap and way too small even though I wear a 4. I returned the 4 dresses and followed their detailed instructions to the letter. I couldn't even find a return address and had to ask in 4 emails before they gave it to me. I was told 5-7 working days for a refund. Then 7-10 working days and to be patient and understanding. Seriously? I was also asked if maybe I didn't want to give them away and they would issue me a $25 dollar refund before they would give me the address. I never heard of such a thing. Many, many emails and different responders later, it is 26 working days since they admitted they had received my return, and NOTHING! I send them their final email today and if my money is not back in my account by tomorrow I am turning the email files over to the Attorney Generals of California and New York and maybe that will get their attention. I suggest anyone else who has been unfortunate enough to believe their lies do the same. If the Attorney Generals have enough complaints, it will help their case. Good luck to all of us. Congratulations to the person who actually got the refund. May we all be as lucky.

They are unreliable,dishonest. I order 4 dresses they only send 2 dresses and they 're very,very, poor quality nothing like what they advertised . it is very hard when we put down and save a little money to buy a few pieces of clothes, you just come and ripped it off just like that . i am not going to stop pray you money suckers going to go down. I need my money , i don't wear garbage.

This company is fake and they will take your money immediately you made an order and you will not hear anything from them until you contact them through email. They didn’t send my order and refused to refund.
Please don’t fall a victim of them they are frustrating and annoying, I made an order on 7/7/19 and up till today they didn’t send me any order or refund.

Please don’t order from them but you insist and want to find out order small quantities and see.

Poor quality, returned clothes about 3 months ago and still fighting to get my refund.

This is an honest and detailed review of my experience with this website/company. Please trust this review and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

*NOTE: They DO NOT have a customer service number to call. The only way to contact them is via email. This whole experience lasted over two months*

The quality of the clothes is very poor and looks nothing like the pictures online. Their customer service is ridiculous and unprofessional. They take FOREVER to reply to the emails. I sent multiple emails in between to get a response from them.

I've purchased the items in May 2019 and I asked to return to the two items along with a return address but instead, they offered me coupons. I've told them that I do not want coupons and to get a full refund for the purchase. At this point, I did not care if I had to pay for the shipping cost; I just wanted my money back.

The day after I got the information, I sent the items back to the address given and it got delivered the next day. At this point, I still haven't heard a word from this company. I emailed the customer service back asking to process the refund. Before they could, they'd ask you for proof of the return and a tracking number for the items because they are "far away from return warehouse".

After that, they notify you to wait "7-10 days later" for the refund to get processed back to your account. A week has passed and NOTHING. I went back to contact the customer service regarding this issue and they said they've changed the status of my refund to "priority status" and to wait ANOTHER 5-7 days. Another week passed and I notified them that I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND. They now changed the status of the refund to "emergency status" and that they've contacted their financial manager about my case and I should have gotten my refund by now. They also mention that their return system is very slow but they are not scamming me (yeah right). They told me to wait a few more days and they will keep an eye on my refund and will inform me once it's been processed... After weeks of constantly reminding them about the refund, I finally got it.

I'm annoyed that this whole experience lasted longer than it needed to be. This whole issue could've been resolved within a week, but it was dragged on for months.

I hope whoever reads this finds this review helpful. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT purchase anything from this site!

I returned all of 4 purchased items from callabuy and had to pay £14.80 for return postage.
They were not at all as described. For sure not from cotton and linen. Not elegant at all, rather looked like synthetics bags. For sure they were not size L. Rather S or smaller.
The only cotton maxi should be oversized but was very small and short. Should be 155 cm long. On picture I used only 150 measurement and dress was much much shorter and very narrow.
No one dress looked like on pictures on callabuy website.
For me they were rubbish because I couldn't even try on any because they were very small with very narrow sleeves.
I requested full refund of my money and the same way as I paid for purchases, not vouchers, as offered.
After many emails requesting my money refund since March 2019 plus postage, I was promised refund for 4 purchased items but have never received any money.
Terrible experience, terrible customers' service.
Somebody should control this seller under the same or another name, as info on your website.

I have dealt with a lot of companies but Callabuy is the worst.
I ordered a beautiful skater dress in mid April and received the item mid May. I wear an XL so I ordered a XXXL being that it’s coming from China and the sizes tend to be very small. The arm hole was very tight and I couldn’t get the nylon zipper to zip. The pretty patterned material was very scratchy.
The delivery was very slow with no date of shipping. Prior to shipping communication with this seller is non existent.
I returned the item 4 days after receiving it with tracking on 5/21. Have had multiple email dialogue with their customer service reps regarding my refund less S/H, they are very good at patronizing. It’s like they have a list of patronizing comments to choose from (select the corresponding sentence with the corresponding answer, click, check, done.) because some of the emails were “ditto”. I have reached my patronizing limit and have reached out to PayPal to resolve this issue.
If you are thinking about ordering from Callabuy and value your money DON’T.

Now the company got another name "Charmmiss". The pictures of items they are selling are the same as Callabuy.

The quality of the dresses is very poor
The colours do not match the reality
The stylish dresses you see through the adds have nothing in common with the dresses you get
Also it is not possible to write a negative review on the Callabuy site either

I ordered 4 items, my credit card was charged immediately. I was guaranteed these items in 7-15 days. 25 days later I was advised they were shipping 3, but would not refund due to a PayPal dispute. I am still waiting on refund - and PayPal closed case saying items were delivered when they were not.

My first purchase was actually a good experience, quick shipping, and still love the dress… Much better quality than I expected. However, my second purchase has been a nightmare. Finally got them to tell me where to return it after them offering me a $3 and $4 credit towards another purchase… Like I’m going to buy from them again!! The second purchase took a month and a half to arrive, and I tried to cancel it because I wanted it for a specific event, but they would not allow… Said it was already in the process of shipping. Of course they charged my card card instantly. Now they say because it’s an international transaction takes more time for my refund. This company is as bad as they get!

I star is being kind. The dresses were inferior quality, raw un-hemmed edges, 4 sizes too small made of cheap see through cotton. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I totally agree with rest of the reviewers, I do not have option to give 0 or negative rating. I did not see reviews before ordering, order shipped after 4 weeks later and the items that delivered were VERY CHEAP QUALITY, CAN'T BE USED AT LEAST ONE TIME. DON'T WASTE MONEY. I tried to return but do not see option yet, I think I have to contact them via email.
