CallingPost is a user friendly system
CallingPost is a user friendly system. This application makes it easy to reach a number of customers with a pre-recorded message at a designated time, efficient use of time. I really like that I can choose my designated time for delivery; this allows me to record several messages.

This messaging system is simple to follow
So simple to follow at least for me. I just selected New Communication, selected my Group(s), Named my message, My choice of recording was upload a WAV file, then I selected which Caller ID I wanted and I chose Calling Post 405 not my phone number I didn't want those who won't check their Voicemail to call back the missed call and I get slammed with so many calls when I was told by the Client Care Specialist if I use the 405 when they call back that missed call and press 1 the message would replay and I loved that idea. Then I selected to send ASAP and confirmed and it went out with success!!!

Easy to navigate menu, but...
Easy to navigate menu. I use it for our monthly meetings. While receiving the call there was a 30 second delay before the recording played. Some people would hang up before hearing the message. Also, I had selected the option to use my verified cell phone for the caller ID. Yet the 404 (Oklahoma) ID showed. Otherwise, the ease of use and quality was great.
