Fraudulent website. Do not buy anything from callistari or a company called vibella. Never ever received my item. Can’t even get hold of them. The emails bounce back.

Cheap clothing. Overpriced and looks nothing like the images on the site. It also took 6 weeks for delivery.

If I could give this company a negative ten (-10) I would. They steal pictures and videos from other legitimate sites and send you counterfeit products. I ordered an outfit (pants and kimono style top), they sent me badly made pants and a scarf. When I reached out to this vendor for a refund, they doubled down on the lie and gave me an excuse about it being hard to start a business as a single mom, then they immediately blocked my email so my response bounced back. They are thieves and should be banned from doing business.

Received item but it was definitely not what was showcased on the website. Knockoff!

I came across this company via social media and instantly fell in love with a jacket. Without much thought, I placed an order, assuming it was a UK-based company. It was only after purchasing that I saw various reviews, which made me extremely nervous.

To my surprise, my order arrived within a week—from China. They did provide a tracking number, which allowed me to follow the shipment, so that was reassuring. However, the quality was disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. The jacket arrived completely wrinkled, which made it look quite cheap at first impression.

If it hadn’t been so expensive, I wouldn’t have minded as much, but for the price, it does feel like a bit of a rip-off. That said, the jacket itself is pretty—I just have doubts about how long it will last. 3 stars representing the service vs quality.

Ordered jeans in January the 18 th that never came. Tried to track the order but got some weird message” don’t worry we are tracking it now” and after several messages they just stopped answering. I almost never buy things online but thought that I am old fashion. Really annoying that this kind of companies still can exist.
DO NOT BUY from them it is FRAUD!

Ordered 3 items totaling $200 on January 1, and still have never received anything. Their tracking site is all in Chinese, and I have been told 4 different times it’s in transit which is not true. Shipping is supposed to be within 7 days according to their website. They are a scam!

on January 6, I placed an order that didn't arrive even today! do not order! I will file a complaint to the specialized authorities!

Ordered 2 coats 12/30/2024 and still gave never received anything. Their tracking site is all in Chinese. According to their tracking I received the order. I have never received anything from them. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FEOM THIS COMPANY

I bought two pieces of clothing on 1st November 2024,
Received parcel 24 January 2025 only to find out there was only 1 piece in the parcel.
As they have prove of delivery I never get my money back.
Not answering their emails either.
Don’t bother with this company as they are cheaters.

I order the cream and tan coat in December and have not received my order as of today they didn't deliver it on time they kept saying its coming the only consistency is that they replied to my emails DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM, I DIDN'T RECEIVED THE ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK.

I would absolutely not recommending buy from this website I have gone back and forth with this website by email seven different times they provide all kinds of crazy tracking numbers that don't even exist when you reach out to the courier the couriers like we don't have numbers like this or these are not the correct numbers you must be missing numbers and I reported them and told them if you do not either give me an item producing item I will report you as fraudulently charging my credit card for an item I do not have they still have not yet provided an item and I told them you need to research it out who did you send it through who's the courier what's the tracking number and still to no avail they're trying to put it on me and get me to do all their leg work well today I'm reporting them to my bank because you will not take my money and steal from me and I don't have an item. Do not order from this company I don't care how their products look online do not do it I would not recommend it.

Quick reply but selling incorrect items according to description on website.
Stated real leather received a plastic coat! Then it cost £25 to send it back and the cost was on me. Never ever use this website for purchases. Stick to places like SHEIN or temu if you want cheaper items.

SCAM - RUN THE OTHER WAY!! They will send you a very cheap, knockoff version of what is on their website! Then they will refuse to give you a refund unless you pay the astronomical shipping fee to return the garbage they send you! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered a 'leather jacket' stating I would receive it in the next 48hrs. Got it 27 days later. Very poor quality, the finishing just horrible, nothing looked like what i saw on the site. Advice, don't spend a cent on this site.

Please, dont buy, the jacket was really bad quality, It is a spam company. Delivery takes 8 weeks from Chinese not from Milano . Avoid the company

I have bought a jacket that cost £70 over 6 weeks ago. It has still not arrived. Customer service don't really seem.to care either.

The worst and cheapest quality, looks 0 like on the website. Also, the coat I've received was not even symmetrical as there was one arm longer than the other. Also, very poor customer service and not client oriented. I would never buy here again, cheap china stuff without any value.
