Thank you Adam, really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Glad the experience was smooth from start to finish, that's exactly what we're going for.

The website is terrible and unusable

The website is terrible and unusable. Literally I cannot see anything properly. Text is super unreadable. Also, this is the same hosting company that SCAMMED me before with promises of a "free trial".

I would tell everyone to STAY AWAY from this terrible host. If the old one only lasted such a short while (probably because they were falsely promising fake free trials), this one probably will be a scam and also die again or transition soon. I don't recommend it.

Edit:
All you need to see for more proof is to read my other review of exphost.net. They’ve tried again to take my review offline, and they’ve even tried to push discord reviews so they can control their ratings so only the good ones show up. But I’m still going to tell the truth on trustpilot. They’re telling misleading things, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, and stay safe everyone.

Hi Yann, we recognise this account from a previous interaction in 2025 where server logs showed deliberate resource abuse on our demo environment including repeated attempts to fill container storage. That interaction was documented and reported to Trustpilot at the time.

Regarding the website, we've recently relaunched under Callisto and Aurora Panel, a completely rebuilt platform. If you have genuine usability feedback about text readability we'd take that seriously as a product note.

We'd ask that reviews reflect actual recent experiences with the product rather than grievances from a previous interaction that was already addressed. We wish you well.
