My Happy Baby, happy parents. thank you.
My Ronnie is a ‘ calm and bright baby’ and it still amazes me at 18 months how the programme saved us and how well it works! My baby has been poorly the last 2 nights so I went back to contact naps for his comfort as that’s what he wanted and needed, and so did I!!
I was worried we’d then have to ‘re-do’ the sleep programme BUT NOPE- tonight, as he’s feeling so much better better he went down as usual and just settled himself like before. No contact needed . No protesting. Just night night , love you and he’s asleep. Thank you calm and Bright. Miracle workers.

Multiple night wakes to sleeping through
Our now 8mo is sleeping in 9.5hour stretches through the night when he used to be up multiple times a night. It's honestly life changing! He's waking at around 5/5:30am just now so going to be using your stir to sleep strategy now to hopefully getting him sleeping beyond 6am but so grateful for your plans. Was totally against sleep training in the early days but this was so responsive that I always felt that I was supporting him the full time rather than just leaving him to figure it out himself. Thanks so much! Xx

Buy this plan, you’ll not regret it!
A friend recommended this programme when I was in the middle of the 4 month regression so I bought it ahead of her turning 6 months.
By the time we hit 5 months her sleep never went back to how it was pre regression. After one night spending 2 hours rocking and nursing her to sleep for her to wake up 45 minutes later screaming, I knew something had to change.
I reached out to the Calm & Bright ladies via Instagram to check if it was okay to start before 6 months which they advised would be perfectly fine. So I decided to try the fast track method as I had tried settling her by staying in the room and it hadn’t worked.
I won’t lie, day 1 was hard but I definitely cried more than she did. I just kept thinking what the ladies said that ‘what we were doing before was no longer working for either of us’.
By day 3 the change was unbelievable! 1 week later there’s no tears at nap time or bed time, she settles herself to sleep within 10 minutes! Her naps have doubled in length and I’ve just had to wake her up from a 13 hour sleep!!
I love how this plan is very gentle and supportive, helping your child to achieve better sleep whilst ensuring they know you’ll always come to their aid if they need you. I’m also still feeding in the night since she’s under 6 months but I’ll follow their advice on how to wean when I feel the time is right for us.
I am singing the praises of this plan from the roof and to anyone who will listen - you will not regret this! I have a different baby who is back to her happy rested self and my husband and I have time in the evenings together again.
Thank you so much!!

Gentle and effective sleep training
Who would have thought I would have to sleep train my third child! Barney was our little miracle and therefore I happily had him attached to me for the first 7 months of my life. I’m not complaining about this and I embraced every minute of it knowing he was going to be my last. This time a week ago, my 7 month old co-slept with me and was breast fed to sleep for naps and throughout the night. However I felt that my two other boys were missing out on time with their mum, especially in the evening and Barney was starting to wake more and more in night for my comfort. That’s when I knew the time was right for Barney to have some solid, independent sleep. I was terrified of how upset Barney was going to get at being put down to settle himself in his cot but due to the most amazing support from the wonderful Sal at Calm and Bright who recommended a lovely plan of sleep training using the scenic route, I now have a baby who has 2 hour naps in his cot and goes down for all sleep within 10 minutes. I never felt that I was leaving my baby to cry it out and I was always there for him when I felt like he needed it. Through choice I still feed him once in the night however when the time is right with the confidence I have gained from Calm and Bright I now know that dropping the night feed won’t be a struggle and it isn’t something I dread. Through Sal’s gentle reassurance and positive encouragement and always being consistent Barney has learnt in a week to independently fall asleep. I would recommend Calm and Bright to anyone who wants a gentle yet very effective approach to sleep training your little one.

My experience with this company is outstanding.
My experience with this company is worth more than 5 stars! Honestly, I had seen the plan pop up on so many adverts and always thought it wouldn't work for my daughter. How wrong was I? Within 2 nights she slept through and within 2 weeks we managed to get her to go to bed happily, saying 'night, night' with no tears at all at 22 months old. Previously she was waking 6-8 times a night, bolting a juice bottle, nappy exploding and sleeping in a double bed with me.
I completed the online course on December 4th and started training her on December 5th. They are super responsive to instagram messages too for a little bit of extra support.
What a transformation!

If I could give calm and bright more…
If I could give calm and bright more than 5 stars I would! I’m still so thankful for the programme. My son has a horrible cold and he has 2 molars coming through BUT is still sleeping amazingly!! Don’t get me wrong he has woken up in the night but he puts himself straight back to sleep and doesn’t need my help. I no longer have the dreaded feeling of returning to work as I know I can get a good night sleep. I will forever be greatful for Collette especially.

The rested baby plan is amazing
The rested baby plan has worked wonderfully for our baby and for us.
We’ve gone from needing to be bounced and shushed to get to sleep, fighting day naps and not sleeping through the night to great day naps and 12 hour overnight sleeps. We as parents feel reborn after months of sleep deprivation.
The support from the team when you’re having a wobble or have a question has been amazing.

Disappointed and out of pocket
There should be more clarity before you buy the plan as I feel it did not meet our needs as full working time parents. If you have a baby in nursery full time, and parents both working, finding a time to start the plan is difficult. The plan says that your baby has to be fully well (no runny nose etc) and also they need to be in the same sleeping environment while you’re doing the plan in the beginning (including naps). So realistically you have to book time off work and keep your child off nursery and pray that they are not ill. By which point the time to seek support that you have paid for can expire .. I paid £150 and had to put the training on hold because there were concerns about my son’s separation anxiety. This was recommend by my sleep coach Lucy. I assumed that I would be able to get support again. I followed that advice. As a family we weren’t able to start the plan until over Christmas (which may have been a few months after buying the plan but I can’t remember exact dates) and my son was awake for 3 hours. We stopped the controlled crying after I think 2.5 hours and ended up co-sleeping. He was extremely upset the next couple of days and not himself, refusing naps which he never does and seemed terrified he would be left alone again. After the Christmas break I tried to get support and was told it has expired but I could pay for more. Doesn’t seem reasonable to me. .
They really sold the plan to me on Instagram, very responsive sending lots of voice notes but as soon as I bought the plan I felt there was no real aftercare. Babies are constantly getting ill and going through leaps etc, things don’t always go to plan. So I think that rule is not very fair when I’ve paid for the support. I could have just ordered a sleep training book off vinted for £2 and saved myself a heap of money for the same result. Obviously looking at the reviews on here the plan works well for lots. But it hasn’t for me, I don’t want to pay more money, because I didn’t receive the service i initially paid for
Response to your reply:
I'm going to use your words only as I feel like you're being very defensive and twisting my words. These are some of the copy and pasted messages that were sent to me on WhatsApp.
"Your WhatsApp support is available for one month from the point you initiate support"
^ so in other words it expires. Nothing about pausing the plan there.
"When we carry out our top up supports over WhatsApp (rather than a 45 minute phone call), we keep tabs of the time we spend using a simple token system. This helps both of us know where we’re at so there’s no room for confusion or misunderstanding.
Each 5 minute exchange is worth one token. You have nine tokens of these spend. I will send you this symbol 🔸with the number of tokens you have left after each exchange.
Once we’ve used up all 9 tokens your support session is complete. "
I have screenshots of the chat which shows that no 🔸 were sent to me. This token system wasn't used at all.
In terms of support, I received 3 voice notes totalling 6 minutes and one text message. The last voice note was advising me "In my honest opinion it is worth working on the separation anxiety before diving into sleep teaching, particularly with controlled trying because there is the risk you can make it worse. I would work on the separation anxiety first."
This was one day after initiating my support. I interpreted that message as the support was being paused, as anyone would. This situation would certainly warrant that the support is paused. But I was later surprised to be told that my support had expired so, I will stand by what I said in my review. Went off the radar?? What else was there to say. I was told it could make my son worse if I did the plan at that time.
it is not true to say that "all of Lucy's messages were unreplied to." The last message in the chat before I reached out in December to ask for support was a response from me to Lucy: "Thanks Lucy, really appreciate your response. I will check out the Instagram for that separation anxiety highlight and agree it makes sense to work on the separation anxiety first". I have the chat logs, you're welcome to see them.
I think you can agree that this was not the 45 minutes of support that I paid for. And also that support does expire and I'm not sure why you're disputing that. Your response is really disappointing. The fact that others have had a positive experience, does not invalidate my experience.

Paid for the plan but on reading there…
Paid for the plan but on reading there is absolutely nothing new to what I have already found online / in books which cost £8.99 new rather than £89… feel totally conned out of money at a time when in desperation I will spend anything in case there is a silver bullet.

Lifesavers!
The team at Calm & Bright are absolute Angels! Having struggled badly for over two years, my little girl slept 7:30-6:30ish for three nights in a row and tonight for the first time ever at 27 months she’s gone to sleep completely on her own with no tears! (Only day 5 of the gradual retreat/scenic route) I was a bit sceptical as I thought nothing would work but so delighted with the progress made even if she has rough nights ahead. The girls were also fantastic at answering questions on social media. Would definitely recommend your plans to anyone struggling with baby/toddler sleep.

Best thing we did
We had a 7 month old who was still waking every 2 hours (atleast) through the night and I was feeding to sleep atleast 3x a night. I was sceptical about it working but we did the fast track plan and it has changed our lives!! Within 2 to 3 days baby had dropped night feeds and we were putting him down at 7pm and getting him at 7am. He was also doing early wake ups and that ended. Still going strong 3 months on. It's the best thing we've done! Would recommend to everyone!

It worked for us!
I signed up to the plan on Wednesday and started it Thursday morning on the first nap of the day. On Friday night (so night 2 of using the plan) I l put my 6.5 month old EBF baby down for the night and he was asleep after 8 minutes - no fussing whatsoever. 2 nights ago I fed/rocked him to sleep and he woke 3 times by 1am so we just gave up and he slept in with us for the rest of the night. I am literally stunned - I read so many reviews before buying the plan but I never imagined it could be us, especially this quickly. Thank you so much for changing our lives, my husband and I are already way less anxious about the prospect of sleep 🙏🏻

Life changing! Excellent plan & support
My 6 month old daughter's sleep has completely transformed thanks to the Calm & Bright plan! We've gone from co-sleeping, waking every 1-2 hours crying and relying on feeding to sleep, to sleeping stretches of 5-8 hours at a time in her own cot with little fuss! It was a tough journey with some tears but my daughter has learned to self settle and wakes up so happy and rested! The plan has given me SO much confidence in what I'm doing, I couldn't be more grateful! X

Calm and Bright: A Life-Changing Sleep Solution for My Son!
Rating: ★★★★★ ★★★★★ ★★★★★+1000
I'll be honest, I was skeptical I didn't believe it would work for my child. I would often find myself scrolling through reviews and their Instagram page. After buying and trying other sleep plans from other people who claimed to be sleep consultants that didn’t work I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend money and it not to work again. But let me tell you, Calm and Bright proved me wrong in the most incredible way!
From the very first night, the results were incredibly remarkable. My son went from waking up multiple times during the night to sleeping soundly from 6:15 pm until 6:40am! This was a complete game-changer for us. We decided to drop the middle of the night feed stright away with the sleep training and although we still do a 10 pm dream feed, my son no longer wakes up at all during the night. It's truly amazing!
I couldn't believe my eyes when my little one slept through the night without any disturbances. It was like a dream come true! The team at Calm and Bright not only provided effective sleep solutions but also guided me through the entire process with unwavering support and expertise.
Their reviews and Instagram page don't even do justice to the remarkable results I experienced. I was blown away by the professionalism and dedication of the Calm and Bright team. They truly understand the struggles parents face and have tailored their program to address each child's unique needs.
If you're hesitant like I was, I urge you to put your doubts aside and give Calm and Bright a chance. Their sleep training program works wonders and has completely transformed my child's sleep habits. Don't let the skepticism hold you back from experiencing the incredible benefits that Calm and Bright has to offer.
Thank you, Calm and Bright, for proving me wrong and providing a life-changing solution for my child's sleep! I am forever grateful for the positive impact you've had on our lives. Happy mummy!

Check it meets your needs
We had a positive experience with calm and bright overall but some things we did question. We were recommended the approach by a few friends before our baby was even born. We read the book and brought the plan, but when we tried to implement it found our baby wasn't really responding so we purchased extra support. Before purchasing I explained we were emigrating but was assured this wouldn't be a problem. Our support did try and work incredibly well with the time difference but we felt our questions around jet lag went unanswered and often felt the time difference made the support less effective (not a fault of calm and bright but maybe shouldn't have assured us the time difference wouldn't be an issue?)
The support is extremely thoughtful and non judgmental but reflecting on it now we feel this plan probably wasn't right for our needs. Our baby slept through the night from a young age (usually 10pm until 7.30/8am). We sought support because he was a terrible day napper, only sleeping out and about, but never at home. From the Instagram marketing we initially assumed we'd see a change in 3 days (although it is actually 2 solid weeks you need to commit before seeing change), we also didn't realise you have to be very routine bound (willing to be at home to put the baby down to nap at the end of a 'nap gap'). This didn't really fit in with our lifestyle and we did struggle but managed to commit for the suggested time and it did help our baby to nap at home. What it has done though is made him a terrible napper out and about (no more buggy naps or car naps!) This makes getting out during mat leave quite restrictive (leading to some feelings of isolation). Ironically, he has also stopped sleeping through the nights and we find getting him down for the 'age appropriate' bedtime a battle every night. Overall we feel maybe we had it fine to start off with and should have stuck with our gut, rather than felt the need to sleep train. I'd definitely recommend this plan if your little one doesn't sleep through and so needs help with self settling, but we think our guy had that skill and we should have left it as is.
That being said the support is very fairly priced, supportive and considered, so if you are struggling and happy to put the time and effort in, worth having a go!

This has changed my life
I got in touch with calm and bright when my daughter was 6 and a half months old, she would only ever contact nap in the day, or if she was down for a nap in her cot, would only nap for 30 mins max… and would wake up through the night every 30/40 mins, she would need rocking to sleep every night before putting her down which could take longer than an hour every night, she just couldn’t self settle at all, me and my partner were drained and our days were consumed with contact naps just so our daughter would nap in the day, we knew something had to change….
after having a chat with Gemma and Eve we decided that we would use the the rested baby plan and also did the 1:1 WhatsApp 30 min support with Sally (who is amazing)
We honestly thought we had a baby that would never change her ways.. within the first day and night of using the plan, we started to see a change and couldn’t believe it, she had a solid few hours block of sleep through the night…… within a week we were putting our daughter down for naps awake rather than rocking her and she would self settle and have good 2 hour naps and take herself to sleep through the night, she is sleeping 7:30pm - 7:30/8:00am (we have to wake her up most mornings) we give her a dream feed between 10/10:30pm and this see’s her through the night! I honestly can’t believe the change in her, she is such a happy and content baby now she is getting all the sleep she needs, also a very happy mum and dad! I can’t thank the team enough, this has honestly been life changing to us all! Xx

A wonderful course that has helped both my children become great sleepers. A really detailed and easy to follow course. Both Eve & Gem are both so helpful and supportive, answering questions when you need support. Would defo recommend to anyone.

Life changing
Calm and bright are truly amazing. I used the rested baby plan which helped my nearly 7 month baby go from waking every 1-3 hours to sleeping 12 hours with only a dream feed. My baby now has a very consistent but flexible nap routine now which stops her getting overtired and allows her to get the sleep she needs. If you’re looking for a responsive and loving yet effective approach to sleep then these are your ladies!

Truly transformative
7 month old was waking about 10 times a night and I was at breaking point! Have been following the fast track sleep teaching method for just over a week and it has worked wonders. Baby slept all night after a few days in and he’s doing longer naps now after previously only sleeping 30-40 mins 4 times a day. He is a very determined and strong willed character so I was sceptical that it was going to work. But now we can walk out of the room and he will self settle, and much happier in himself in the day. The 1:1 WhatsApp voice note support has been incredible. Sal is the most lovely, reassuring, knowledgeable person who responded to any question so promptly and it really felt like she was there every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend her more! I felt like I couldn’t leave the house before as I had no energy and felt so low but now I feel like a different person! Thank you for all you do!

Actually life changing for us
I can’t say enough really ! Just amazing. The plan is excellent and has changed our lives in 5 days after suffering such terrible and broken nights for 6 weeks. The support has been incredible and so encouraging- thank you.
we’ve just had an actual full night 7-7 on night 5 of the toddler plan - no battles no get ups. This is incredible ! He was so proud of himself this morning to get a sticker (after 5 we are going to take him to choose a new teddy!)
A week ago, I didn’t think it was possible for him to sleep like he used to ever again (3 year sleep regression coupled with a change to a bed after climbing out his cot) I knew we would give it a go but things were so bad (multiple get ups a night with lots of patting and stroking back to sleep which wasn’t sustainable for us, we were utterly miserable) I couldn’t really believe it would get better, but I followed it and it worked with progress from night 1. Magic !✨. Our happiness as a family is back I can see the difference in all of us including my older daughter - she has her happy mum back ! (I’ve been so tired and irritable)
