Easy to order quick to arrive..Took us…

Easy to order quick to arrive..Took us a few days to get used to the extra weight.. But have now settle into a sound sleeping pattern..one that I can see improving in the cooler part of the year

My bamboo weighted blanket was one big comfy hug

My bamboo weighted blanket was everything it was described to be and I haven’t slept so well for as long as I can remember. It keeps my body temperature just right even on hot nights. I just love how it falls over you in an embrace like a hug and stays that way for the night. Even tho I thought a little expensive it has been the best buy ever!

I purchased Kevin the koala for my grandson

I purchased Kevin the koala for my grandson who has restless nights. He is much calmer now he has Kevin to sleep with.

This was bought for my wife who loves the weight and feel of the blanket

This was bought for my wife who absolutely loves the weight of the blanket but finds the cover does not stay square to the blanket itself during the night. To overcome this issue she has removed it for the ease of readjusting the blanket on her body when turning over during the night.

Very cute koala

I bought the very cute koala for my anxious dog, he does like it and is curious about it. My nephews both lay with it on their tummies and really felt a benefit. I will definitely be purchasing for a real child soon.

not worth the money

The ordering and delivery from this company was fine.
However, the weights are not secured in place in the blanket and so often end up along one edge of the blanket. I have ensured all ties are secured in place but might as well be sleeping under a regular blanket. When the blanket is shaken a lot you can get it to distribute evenly but pointless if as soon as you move they shift.

Don't toss and turn nearly as much

As a first responder PTSD sufferer, this has been a real plus for me. I got a 6kg bamboo blanket and my sleep has improved significantly since I started using it. Takes a few days to get used to it (feels like being hugged all over) but now i don't toss and turn nearly as much as I used to.

Fantastic investment

Fantastic investment. Great delivery in this day and age. I am an older gentleman and struggle for sleep but this blanket is a godsend for me. My sleep and comfort has improved immensely. Highly recommend

There was a mistake in my order with…

There was a mistake in my order with the size of the blanket I ordered and was charged extra ($40) ... I had to go through return policy and waiting extra time to receive my blanket. The products are amazing and comfortable...

Dreadful Customer Service

If i could give less than 1 star i would.
Ordered blanket and pillow on 5th December for christmas present expecting shipment in 2-4 days.
Didn’t hear anything - couldn’t track order, couldn’t speak to anyone.
Emailed 19th December, got no response other than automated “we’ll get back to you within 2 days”. Emailed again on 22nd and reply came back that “a system glitch meant the out of stock FREE mask was reason my order hadn’t shipped”.
Meanwhile I have been bombarded with marketing emails on offers, which just makes the lack of communication worse.
I would love to be writing a review of the actual product, but unfortunately I didn’t get a chance due to extremely bad processes and non existent communication. I am disappointed and angry but my 10 year old daughter is heartbroken.

Don’t expect delivery if in a rush!

Wow, I had a weighted knitted blanket in my cart to order, went back an hour later and sold out. Asked when back in stock, answer back next day saying ‘soon’. So glad didn’t order start of this month, as fear would never have received by Xmas. Another friend ordered end of Nov and still waiting. Bad form. If not in stock stop selling products Calming Blankets!

Ordered 3 blankets sets on 25th Nov…

Ordered 3 blankets sets on 25th Nov which is when payment was taken too!
I am struggling to get updates on delivery, I see some people have received theirs and I accept that there is issues with delivering at the moment.I was told by Charlie that things are starting to move forward and I would receive a delivery date last week. I have heard nothing.
I have spent a lot of money, would still like the 3 blanket sets but am getting no feedback.
Really disappointed

Ordered my blanket on 5 December with a view that it would arrive before Christmas but doubtful that will be the case now.

Downloaded the 'shop' tracking app which just says 'order placed' and has not been updated at all. Also says 2 - 4 day delivery which of course is false.

No contact number listed on contact details page and email doesn't work as I've emailed them 2 days ago and still received no response.

Appreciate that shipping delays, crises etc can make delivery times longer but I think you should be more transparent with potential buyers and manage expectations better. From the looks of it, you are losing customers because you are over-promising and not delivering. I'd appreciate an honest response to let me know what is going on with my order at least.
