Update. Finally arrived
I have been led down the garden path by this company. I ordered a terrarium on 5/16/26. I received a tracking number about a week later. The tracking number was invalid and I was assured it would update. Well, it is now 6/23/26 and the number is still invalid. I have emailed support on many occasions and keep getting the same response to be patient and it will be delivered in a couple of days. I have asked for a full refund and now I am being ghosted.
UPDATE 7/2/26: Finally, after tons of emails I received my terrarium. Seven weeks to get it. Completely different shipping number. It was packed very well but the feet for the board that holds the lamp had to be glued as 2 of the 4 did not have adhesive. Super glue worked. I am happy with the product and hope it lasts. It was such a pity that I could not get a straight answer from customer service for weeks. I changed my rating to 3 stars based on having to email too many times to get an answer.
