I needed to replace an older gas cabinet and the ones that I found on calor gas heaters were exactly what I was looking for. They are smaller and easier to roll around the house. ive just visited the Oxford branch as a "novice" user of Calor Gas , and was very impressed with the service and professionalism . it is a complicated and safety conscious industry , so there are "do's" and "donts" to learn about etc , but this branch and the staff were lovely to deal with

Was very easy to order online and item arrived when it should have

Two heaters were ordered but, when the courier arrived, he tried to carry both boxes at once without success. One of the boxes fell from his grip and overturned which was very concerning as the boxes were both well covered with "Fragile" stickers! Both boxes sustained some damage and one of the heaters sustained serious damage which made it inoperable. I contacted tgs industrial by phone who were extremely helpful and asked for photos to illustrate the problem. This was done and tgs industrial quickly followed with a further phone call saying they would deliver another heater that afternoon which they did. Not only did they deliver the replacement promptly, the gentleman who came also set up and checked the heater for me. Absolutely brilliant service and will definitely use the Company again.

Always reluctant to make a purchase online wfrom an unknown Seller but the deal was to tempting to leave behind /cheaper than anywhere else, even with delivery costs on the top/. So I had a go and no regrets whatsoever. Money spent, order confirmed, delivery of new portable heater on time. I couldn't wish for more. Excellent service provided, smooth and faultless purchase.
