Delivery time was great. We are still trying to put it together though. Very tricky and running into problems. That’s not a calor gas issue really though more the manufacturer

I ordered a heater, they threw it over a gate
I ordered a heater online, it didn't arrive on the expected date and I only got it a week late when a person who lived miles away said the box was thrown over her five foot gate and she googled my eircode which was on the address label. I tried to complain to the calor website but that was impossible. The fire is great the delivery was a joke.

The tracking information states that it was delivered on 30th October. We are sorry to hear that it was delivered to the incorrect address and that this resulted in a delay in your parcel being received. Web site so easy to manage
Web site so easy to manage. Put in my order Monday had a call from the web site company to tell my heater would be delivered Tues. The delivery came while I was resting and the heater was put in the garage. The strangest thing of all was our dog never barked.

Very happy with my gas heater. Have it in my man cave down the end of garden. It makes it all the more comfortable in colder weather. Great service, received my purchase quickly and in great condition.
