Arrived promptly

Arrived promptly. Very well packaged. The assembly instructions left a lot to be desired. Presumably the Chinese to English translation. It is mobile due to the wheels but need to be very careful of the glass tubes when moving the unit. Lovely effect when lit and heat output is quite good.

Bought heater a month ago

Bought heater a month ago. Keeps cutting out less then an hour on no matter what setting. Then won’t restart for about an hour. Feels like starter but even when starting first time in the day it comes on and off about 3 times before it stays on. Very frustrating

The control buttons can sometimes be stiff due to the heater being new but will loosen up with repeated use. Customer service could be greatly improved

We ordered a product with promise of " next day delivery " , we did understand they'd be potential delays as it was leading up to Christmas and after wasting several days' sitting in, waiting on a product that never arrived, all the while, sending enquiries as to arrival, with little or no reply, we finally discovered their courier service had lost the product & we were not informed of this situation. Only after a furious email was sent, they dispatched another delivery of the product which finally arrived, TWO weeks' later.
They DID give us a money off voucher along with an apology which barely made up for the inconvenience.

We can see that you contacted our Customer Service Team and requested an estimated arrival date on the day your order was placed. The reply given was "The order is leaving tomorrow and all being well should be with you on Thursday" this was not a promise or guarantee for next day delivery as unfortunately with COVID restrictions and the Christmas period we are unable to guarantee next day delivery due to all courier services experiencing delays. The postal service you opted for on your order was the free standard delivery which can normally take anything up to 3-4 working days in normal circumstances, the next day delivery option was not selected. We can see that there was an issue with the courier and your parcel was misplaced which delayed your delivery and unfortunately was out of our control. Our Customer Service Advisor kept in regular contact with you informing you that we were chasing the delivery up with the courier. We sent a replacement order out 2 days after the 3-4 working day delivery period had lapsed as the courier could not locate your parcel. We apologise for all the inconvenience and upset this caused you.

Took my order for a regulator , didn't have it in stock, told me you would issue a credit note.
I had to to contact you twice before it was finally issued.

I bought the Provence heater (and its excellent) for myself at a local retailer and then subsequently bought a Kingavon online for my daughter. She received a voucher for a discount on her gas bottle but I didn't. Please advise.
