Disappointing

I have not experienced a company that is so disorganised. Their communication is appalling. They are far from a reliable service, they book a date and will cancel or postpone the day before. False promises which is not fair when other tradesmen are scheduled in following them. I understand some things happen out of their control, however they have cancelled or delayed me for the past 3 months. It seems they prioritise big commercial jobs, which I understand is a higher profit, but then they should not guarantee something they cannot deliver. Overall disappointment, and would never recommend them.
