Another misleading offer from the Company. ‘20% off the entire site’ …. only the entire site doesn’t mean entire …it excludes trunks which are one of their main products. Not sure when the word ‘entire’ meant ‘only part of’. Not sure I want to do business with a company that is ‘entirely’ comfortable misleading its customers, however good their products might be. Also, be aware that 10% off your first order doesn’t mean that either unless you have chosen a few selected products in your first order.

Ehh. I thought the leather was going to feel lux but tbh, it feels cheap. Esp the straps. I wanted to return the bags but the shipping costs just as much as the bags. You’re responsible for shipping FYI. So you better pick what you can live with even if you don’t like it. Two stars for responsive customer service.

For both reasons, I will not buy this brand again.

I bought the messenger bag for my partners birthday and he absolutely loves it. He won’t take it off! Gorgeous bag that is very practical and easy to use.

Purchased a bag at Covent Garden store 2 days ago. The stuff was very helpful and super friendly I will definitely go back . The colour and quality of the bag is better than expected would recommend 100%.

Horrible customer service. Bag length is so misleading from the images they presented on the site. Contacted them about it, and it appears to be "missing" the woggie for the straps, but apparently the style I bought does not come with it, there were no clear product images showing otherwise. Tried to make a refund, was firstly accused I was over the 28 days, which was false, I made the request only few days later after receiving it, was then accused of using it just because I sent an image showing them the length of the bag being way too long taken inside my building lift, instead of my room/apartment. Will just never buy from anything from this brand that just does not prioritise customer service and transparency. Oh and it's also not clearly written on their site you have to pay for the returns. ZERO customer service sense.

I wanted to buy a handbag for my wife's birthday. I signed up for the introductory 10% discount offer and proceeded to order the handbag.
However, the discount code was rejected each time. I contacted customer services, where in a flippant way I was informed that the code only applied to certain products. When I enquired where on their website it stated this, they did not say.
All in all, a very poor, misleading and dismissive attitude from this company. Needless to say, I shall be shopping elsewhere.

The bags at this store are truly one-of-a-kind, with unique styles and designs that make them stand out from the crowd. The packaging is also beautiful and adds an extra touch of luxury to the overall shopping experience.

I have 4 bags now all of varied styles and I love them all!
My most recent one was an anniversary present from hubby.
(3 years meant leather, so to surprise me with a small poppy was amazing!)
This bag is beautiful purple/pink and will go perfect with all my summer dresses!
Just the right size for my phone, keys and a lip balm (could add more but I carry light).

Easy website to view, use and order. Order delivered very quickly, well packaged and kept informed at all steps.

I have ordered from the Cambridge Satchel Company several times, and each time has been a wonderful experience. My items arrived quickly, securely packaged, and as described. I will continue using this company for years to come for my beautiful hand made leather bags!

AVOID. Not As Shown and shockingly poor customer service. I ordered the Music Case in black which arrived quickly and well packaged via DPD. So far, so good. The bag is well made and of decent quality leather. However, what the site photos do not demonstrate is that the silver bar that closes the bag and hangs over the back to do so, is clearly evident from the front. The straps holding the bar are not long enough in reality to provide the look shown in every photo of the item on the site. An email to the company asking why this is generated a response that since all the bags are handmade there can be minor anomalies. Not ‘minor’. Not acceptable. Refund requested. An address has been given. Not acceptable. A post paid label is the least that the can be expected and has been asked for.
* After a great deal of unnecessary stress, many emails
and threats to report the business to trading standards due to their clear lack of observation of the same, I eventually received the free return delivery and refund which should have been given, without issue, in the first place. I will never buy from this company again.

The best online buying experience ever! I ordered my embossed Batchel and received a dispatch email 30 minutes later! My beautiful bag arrived the next day…I am absolutely delighted with the quality and its super stylish. I highly recommend and will definitely purchase more from this great British company.

Order processing and shipping was fast, delivery took 3-4 days. I had to return an item and the team did a stellar job explain the process. The website and shop are also easy to navigate and offer a lot of information. The depiction of items on the site matches the real-life product well.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service and can recommend this brand.

Placed an order for one of their new collection batchels late at night and I got a notification to say it was dispatched early in the morning. And it arrived the next day, monogrammed with initials exactly as requested. This is just their “free standard delivery” and I didn’t even pay for the speedier options. I went into their Covent Garden store first to have a browse as its right next door to the Royal Opera House where I was going to see an opera that evening, and everything was beautifully crafted and of superb quality. Absolutely delighted with this company that manufactures beautiful bags right here in the UK. I love my bags but goodbye Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Longchamp, and hello Cambridge Satchel Company. I highly recommend this great British business.
