I had an issue with my first order…

I had an issue with my first order arriving damaged, but the company emailed me immediately and arranged a replacement without any hassle. The new item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Really pleased with the service and how smoothly everything was sorted.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again!
Thought I was buying pictures and frames but only pictures on paper came.
When I wanted a refund, they were charging an admin fee and also you have to cover the cost of the return which was £7.40

Cushions

So pleased with my cushions, they are sumptuous, comfortable and complete the look on my new sofa. I absolutely love them! Will definitely be buying again when I decorate my bedroom.

Do not buy from this place

Do not buy from this place, I ordered cushions and was sent the wrong size. I emailed was told exchange only even though they made the mistake and now they have gone silent and not replying to my emails.

I thought your returns policy is terrible and your customer service is awfull I would never recomend you to any of my friends

Eva Minimalist Geometric Ceramic Reed Diffuser.
I had already reviewed this lovely product but, a week or so later, I noticed that a tiny piece on one corner had broken off. I contacted the Company and they came back to me to say, after checking the rest of the Eva diffusers, they discovered it was a faulty batch. I was prepared to wait for a new batch to come in and now, thanks to Louise, I have a replacement! Fantastic customer service.

Returns need improvement

Excellent products but need to improve the returns process. You have to email to request a return and also pay for the delivery. I returned item due to colour not being suitable in my room. They replied
Usually, we give a credit note to our customers for these discrepancies; however, on this occasion, we will offer a refund. I haven't received the money in my account yet to confirm if a administration fee will also be applied to the refund total. You are selling online and must offer a easier way for customers to experience a better service .

Hi David, I'm really sorry to hear you're not happy with your purchase. As explained via email, your purchase was made on the 4th of May and you did not contact us until the 8th of July to highlight an issue with your items. This is quite considerably outside of any reasonable returns window, and we are unable to account for any external factors during the almost 3 months that you have had the items which may have caused any damage. This is also the first report we have had of this nature, so it is not a consistent issue with our items, which also leads us to conclude it must be external factors. Best wishes, team Camden
